Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. The rooms at the end of the hall have a lot of noise penetration from the adjoining stairwell. The sprinklers seem to run all the time and the parking lot always has water in it. I would stay here again.

The hotel itself is fine. Nothing special, but it was clean, recently updated, and the beds were comfortable. The disappointing thing was that the front desk staff was VERY indifferent to us. Not outright rude; they all just seemed a little put out with us anytime we approached for any reason. I have gold status with Marriott, so I obviously travel enough to know what to expect from their staff and this hotel does not make the grade.

As a working professional the Internet provided by the Hotel just doens’t cut it. Not enough access points in the building to get a good signal. I consistently got kicked off the internet when trying to do work. Fitness center is very small, only has 3 machines, but serviceable. Hotel is clean and comfortable and it is easy to get on and off the freeway. Due to the Internet issues I tried to switch hotels but there was nothing in my budget nearby so I stuck it out for 3 days.

Just checked in. No acknowledgement of status. Very unfriendly front desk lady. Asked for a quiet room again no acknowledgement. Not saying here again. Let’s see what the breakfast experience holds tomorrow morning. Room is clean and the cleaning staff said hello. Message to owner of the property — get better front desk staff else this property will soon get in the purgatory of Unilocal

The hotel itself is a nice property. It is the customer service and the little things that make it suspect. No acknowledgement of Marriott status upon check in. No «points or market item» choice given. The TVHDMI cord was disconnected. There were no tissues in the Kleenex container. I forgot my comb. no complementry cheapo comb available from the fron and no combs for sale in the market. No «Good Morning» from the staff upon entering the breakfast area, unlike all other Springhill Suites I have stayed at. The Internet service is awful. The owners must be skimping on personnel because of the demand in the Houston Market. Choose another Marriott. I have had better service at the Motel 6.

I’m staying here for a wedding nearby and this place is great for the price! There’s complimentary breakfast in the morning if you choose to have any! We flew in later in the evening and were promptly greeted by a friendly guy behind the counter. He already had our room all set and the transaction was quick! The rooms are spacious and clean. I like that it’s quiet and got a pretty good night’s sleep for once! It’s nice to have complimentary parking as well and it doesn’t hurt that they give away free cookies and lollipops.

Nice, newer, SpringHill Suites. Not missing anything from a typical SpringHill. Would stay here again.

Definitely not worth the money. Young people(21 to 26) of color be careful of being profiled. Booked my son for seven day stay and somehow on his last day the police was called on him for no reason. So this is just a warning for young people of color. The area of Katy is not much better

Not good customer service at this marroitt Spring Hill Suites. Work out room advertised is one treadmill, does that count? Second, internet did not work at all when I was there and was just told it was my computer afterwards by the GM. She did not know that one of her staff had already told me other guests had complained that internet was not working as well. No IT support to get problem fixed. Nice rooms, but over priced for what you get. Keep driving better Marriott hotels straight ahead on I-10.
