We had double booked rooms because there is a Hilton Garden and a Hilton Garden Inn within the same town. I actually stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn and upon trying to get my $ 104 back from Hilton Garden they would not do so even with my proof that I stayed at another Hilton that night. This in my eyes is horrible customer service. I like staying at Hilton’s but will not ever again after this incident that could have been changed easily. Very disappointed. Also changing all my companies stays from here to another hotel.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Room was very nice for the price and the location was great. Katy Mills mall is only a block away as was a Starbucks, Wing Stop and Bass Pro Shops. Room service is a huge plus and the hotel bar does the job. Would definitely recommend and choose to stay here again when in the area. Thank You Hilton Garden Inn West staff!
