Sonic

I don’t usually rate fast food but I figure Unilocalers should know. Awful service with awful food. Needless to say I don’t care how close this sonic is to my house I will not return to this location ever. All I wanted was 2 corn dogs and a large green tea. They were out of corn dogs. Of course they were out of corn dogs for happy hour. I replied kindly «no worries, how about a small tots and a deluxe cheeseburger?» They gave me the wrong change back and then handed me my food. After sitting there a few minutes the female drive thru attendant asked me if there is anything else I need… I told her my drink would be nice. I don’t mean to sound like I’m complaining but there are a lot of people willing to work hard. If you can’t handle a $ 4.14 order at a drive thru maybe you need to choose a different job.
The burger was so sloppily dressed and the tots were cold. Wasted trip and money on a location that needs new management. Go somewhere else, the Whataburger is great!

This is the 3^rd time we have come here and all 3 times have been horrible. They are always out of ingredients for ice cream and get our orders wrong. We were hoping the third time is a charm. Unfortunately not. The service was horrible. We had a car load of people and wanted to sit at the tables outside. They refused to take our order telling us we had to go through the drive through. Then in drive through she had a hard time taking the large order. Needless to say we will never go to this location again.

Slow service and wrong drinks given.
We waited in line for 20 minutes and then waited an additional 10 minutes for 2 drinks and 2 mozzarella sticks. Not only was one of the drinks wrong, the mozzarella sticks were cold.
Will definitely not be returning.

No ice cream on a Saturday evening because they felt cleaning the machine at this time was a good decision. 2^nd time I have been this month and no ice cream available.

Closed for some reason. Posted hours are 11pm. Yet at 10 pm no one answered the drive through. Had to get Waterburger instead. :(

Horrible service… will drive out my way to go to the next nearest location instead

I live right around the corner from this location so yes I find myself going here. I am just confused why this location is out of ice cream around 8:30pm ! I don’t know if they are actually out or just ready to leave and don’t want to dirty the equipment. Their customer service is sub par, always just doing bare minimum and never smiling. Lately I find myself driving down fry a ways to go to te next location.

I went to the sonic on fry road in cypress, tx and it was HORRIBLE. I waited at the drive thru station for several minutes with no other cars, finally I pulled up to honk and the girl at the window ignored me. Finally a manager came to the window an made several very lame excuses. I promise I will NEVER go back to this location and will tell everyone that will listen about this bad experience. By the way this was tue may 21at at about 8:45 pm on fry road by the Kroger.

Such a high ranking for this Sonic! I guess I am so used to getting good service at my Katy Sonic locations to whereas this just seemed like a normal Sonic to me. They got me out of the drive thru line quickly. Oddly enough, my blue coconut with cherry mixture actually had a real cherry in it… for effect I guess!

Stopped in and got a coke. It tasted like coke and the location seemed clean. 4 stars…

quick service. purchased drink with Cherry flavoring. you could actually taste the cherry in the soda. car hop came by my stall twice to see if i needed anything. very courteous service!

This one is definitely near the top of my fast food favorites. I like to compare apples to apples, so it’s 4 stars when compared to other drive-thru’s, not Taste of Texas.
Tots are a nice change from fries and I can get a loaded cheeseburger that doesn’t leave me feeling I ate too much. The Sonic near my house has been getting a bit sloppy lately. I found the food at this location to taste a bit fresher somehow. The tots were a bit less greasy. The attitude of the servers was a bit more pleasant as well.
