Whataburger

1) We ordered our food at 9:36 am and didn’t receive our food until 10:06AM. Other customers received their food (and also complained about their orders). One couple demanded refund and walked out.
2) When we finally got our food, the hamburgers were so cold that the patty and cheese were hard. There were pieces of hair in our fries.
The manager replaced our fries and offered 50% off the next time. There will definitely not be a next time because we are not coming back for this horrible experience.

Great, if you can get your food the way you requested. However, they always get the kids burgers wrong, and so she no longer wants to go there. Unfortunately Whataburger has replaced McDonalds with the best fries, and since they mess her order up every time, I have a hard time convincing her to go there when we’ve been out shopping all day.

Good and fresh food! The scrambled eggs were perfect! Not too runny or over cooked. Seasoned well and tasted yummy in my tummy! I like the sausage patty they have at Whataburger! Moist and tasty with a little spice. They have good ice tea as well! I do wish they had lemons wedges! I like my tea half sweet half unsweet with lemon! Good stuff! Overall enjoyed the breakfast today.

I visit this Whataburger fairly often and they always give good service, but I needed to give them a shout out for this visit especially. It looks like they’ve hired some new employees, and Tamar and Kasey were just so nice and helpful. They took our order and were polite, they seemed happy, and every time we needed something, they were there before we even got up. The restaurant is always immaculate. And the manager is always back and forth, and very involved, and available to employees and customers.

Great friendly service. Extremely attentive. Cinnamon rolls and taquitos always fresh, fluffy and hot. Super clean location. Huge thank you to the staff and management for starting our morning off great! The nicest Whataburger in the neighborhood!

The worst service ever. Went here on my lunch took 12 minutes to get thru the drive thru once at the window took 5 minutes for them to correct my ticket they charged me for 2 kids meals instead of 1. They gave me the food finally & my fries were not there and my chicken bites were burnt. I asked for new ones the guy just took it. Then he told me my fries were in with the kids meal & they weren’t! I even showed him by pulling everything out the bag. Then they handed me a bag& said here r ur fries it’ll be 6mins for new bites as If I want cold fries n hot bites. Took them 10 more minutes to bring it all out & once I got back to work 20 mins late from my break I realized I had no pie that I was charged for!

Hit them up this morning right before breakfast was over… you wouldn’t have known it! Hot and fresh! Yum! Only 1.99 for a generous portion of biscuits and gravy.

Whataburger. It’s a chain that everyone (not only from the Texas, but all over the south people recognize. I love it, but today I visited this location and the lady taking my order was just not happy. Then she wouldn’t give me a chance to say my order, just kept rushing me, «is that it? What drink?» I had a long order for my family so I wanted to make sure it was correct. When I pulled up to pay she just sorta looked at me so I had to ask «how much is it?» Because she did not give me a price at the ordering post. While I waited she sorta leaned out the window and just stared in my car. It was uncomfortable. So she told me to pull up to the next window (they have 3 since it’s a busy area) and the guy who handed met order was pleasant and smiling I asked for spicy ketchup and he handed me some and said I even put some in the bag! With a smile. That’s what customer service is all about. A SMILE AND GOOD ATTITUDE. I am a server, I know times are tough sometimes but a smile will help yourself and people. Food was good though but when I ask for jalapeños and there is a jalapeño sticker, but no jalapeños; that’s sad.

This used to be the closest Whataburger to our house so we graced it with our presence (mostly after midnight, because let’s face it– hands down that’s when Whataburger is most delicious) numerous times.
They are almost always perfectly yummy. One time I got a batch of onion rings that obviously had been sitting for a long time and weren’t even hot. But that was one time out of at least ten.
The drive-​thru line can also be a long tedious slog, but they do have two lanes going and honestly… shouldn’t it be considered a good thing that so many people want food from there?

Super clean, fresh and efficiently ran. I’ll be back again on a post school whataburger craving!

One of my favorite locations. While Whataburger doesn’t vary much from location to location, this one keeps me coming back. I enjoy the clean lobby coupled with the great staff. This is truly a great location. My chophouse cheddar is always perfect. Fries are fresh. I just feel bad I always forget to feel out a company survey. The staff needs to keep up the great work!

When done right, and this location usually gets it right… Whataburger is one of the best in the fast food world.

I’m really not a fan of fast food burgers for various reason but If i decide to have one, it might as well be a Whataburger. This particular establishment is conveniently located in my ‘hood!!! i’ve had no problems.
