Pizza Hut

I just called and someone literally answered the phone said nothing and hung up I gave it the benefit of the doubt and called again and got put on hold for 30 minutes (until I hung up) the service at this location is horrible and I would not recommend for anyone, just go to Double Dave’s it’s right down the street

They suck. I quit ordering from here long ago. Let them go out of business. The service is horrible. You’re lucky to get your pizza in an hour more like hours and don’t call in because they just let the phone ring. The pizza is poor quality

I ordered a pizza last night around 9:30 and was told it would be there by 10:00. I finally received my pizza at 10:30 and it was barely room temperature. I called the location almost 8 times and I got a busy signal, like the phone was left off the hook. I will never order pizza from this sorry excuse of a pizza place ever again. A microwaved Totinos pizza is ready faster and with better flavor. The manager should be fired and the staff should be retrained. Don’t waste your time.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I placed a phone order with a man who could not get the order right, didn’t seem to be listening to me, and I had to repeat my order to him literally six times. I ordered a gluten free pizza that comes in only ONE size and in a specific box. The delivery came and our order had a PERSONAL SIZE regular pizza not a gluten free one.
Then, when we contacted the store to inform them our order was wrong this lady kept arguing with us about the box being specifically labeled and whatnot and basically made us feel like liars. We kept telling her the box wasn’t labeled gluten free. Finally she checked the ticket and agreed it was entered wrong. She informed us they would send another one.
By the time I got my correct pizza I was starving and had waited AN HOUR AND A HALF from originally ordering. By the time I got my correct pizza it was 9:30pm. I will NOT be ordering from this location EVER AGAIN due to the extremely poor service, for the wait and for getting my simple order wrong.

This pizza hut sucks I’ve ordered from them multiple times and they’re always late and they always forget something this time they forgot my brownie and they gave me blue cheese instead of ranch I’m pissed I paid for both but never received it. Do yourself a favor go get pizza elsewhere they suck.
