They not only got my order wrong in the screen 6 times, but the manager said «we are not your servants» when I complained that the order in the screen was wrong and she overtalked me. I’m looking for the owner to complain

Went there tonight at 6:46. Services was fine but look at the picture of my fries and nuggets. Looks like they were sitting out for at least an hour and taste like it too. I know it is fast food but come on! Gross and a waste of our money!

Do yourself a favor and go to the McD’s on S Fry! I can’t think of a time that they did not screw my order up! Yesterday they had no soft drinks! Seriously? No soft drinks? You are McDonalds!

Lady taking the orders at the drive thru rushed me so much that she got the order wrong. When I told the manager his response was «well this is a fast food restaurant». I guess fast food means customer service not required. So mad I’m not going back there for a looooong time!!!

Don’t ask for ketchup. 4 meals ordered, 2 packets of ketchup. Requested more ketchup, was given a look like we were asking for free fries. Asked once again for more ketchup, was given 2 more packets.
Maybe ketchup packets come out of their checks…

I remember the good old days when McDonalds used to be famous for their fries. Now days it’s just stale. I’m also not sure whether there is a soft drink theft ring going around Katy because every time I’ve ordered a cup of water with my lunch (not out of cheapness, I don’t drink soft drinks), they give me a little bitty plastic cup and I have to get ice by the fountain and then walk to the back to get water.
Last, another sign you’re in Katy is they always have Fox News on their TV. Enough said.
