found small stones in beef fajita which were completely inedible.

Love everything on the breakfast menu. Staff is always nice and they are super kid friendly. Also to-go orders have always been accurate.

Love this place. It’s real Mex-Mex in the heart of Old Town Katy. The salsa is serve warm with whole carrots and jalapeños and the chips are always fresh and hot. The menu is huge and I haven’t had a chance to try much, but everything so far has been excellent. It’s also dirt cheap. Get the migas with a coffee for around $ 6.

Don’t order any Seafood here!!! I ordered the ceviche & as soon as I put it in my mouth I knew it was rotten. That pretty much ruined my experience, I was grossed out. We told our waitress & she said ok & didn’t charge us but still. I doubt I will be able to eat shrimp for a while. DISGUSTING We also ordered rice & beans, which were delicious. After we ate the rotten shrimp we questioned the chicken tacos we ordered. Our meal was basically ruined We did get a lot of food for $ 21 though. Try it at your own risk.

Definite authentic Mexican food in katy. Had the mini tacos al pastor. Best I’ve had in texas! These tacos are comparable to Atotonilco in Chicago… Will definitely be back

This place is a total hole in the wall, so don’t go for frills or ambiance, go for the delicious, authentic food. The chips and salsa are fresh and tasty, the menu is vast, and the service prompt. Oh and did I mention, the prices are CHEAP! This place is a hidden gem, and if you’re looking for authentic Mexican, a must try.

I love a good Mexican breakfast, particularly huevos rancheros, this restaurant did not disappoint! Really just a small locals restaurant, no beautiful decorations, just some booths, some tables, a tv on the wall and the smell of good Mexican food, that’s all I wanted. Tortillas were hot and fresh, the rancheros sauce was spot on, the Orange juice was delicious, the price was very good. If I didn’t live in Austin this would be my Mexican breakfast spot, no doubt!

Great breakfast tacos? I ordered two but I only ate one because it filled me up. Eggs, cheese? Pico… my friend got pork chops and eggs which he didn’t care for so that’s why they get three stars.

Our dinner meal was good, I had the taco salad. The taco salad was not that deep but very wide so there was plenty of it. I like that they put refried beans in the bottom of it to. Most places I’ve been to don’t. The salsa… I’m not sure what was up with the salsa they gave us that evening. My husband and I eat at least two bowl dulls of salsa anytime we eat out at Mexican restaurants. But we could have done without this trip. It didn’t settle right in either of our stomachs and gave us belly aches, acid indigestion is what it felt like. For this last reason I’m leaving of a star. I think what makes a good restaurant is their chips and salsa.
