The customer service is decent. It’s an outlet store and I usually can find most of the things I want here in my size. The prices are lower during sales and if you get a frequent J. Crew factory stamp card, you can receive 15% off after your 5th visit.

Meh, J Crew has really gone down the tubes in regards to their customer service and upholding standards. Wasn’t greeted, wasn’t helped, wasn’t talked to at all, barely even at checkout. The store was a total mess, I actually started straightening a rack while waiting for my sister to change. There were many empty hangers around and TONS of merchandise uncensored!
Besides the lack of service and unshoppable racks, the clothes just weren’t that great. I probably won’t shop here any time soon; they need a total revamp.
