I actually have nothing bad to say about this store. The times I have shopped here, all of the associates have been pleasant. I am usually with my daughter & she really enjoys the ladies & leave with all kinds of stickers.
I really like their selection & I am a Coach fan. Their sales are always great.

Coach purses are great for every day (no fear of throwing it around or laying it on the floor) and they are reasonable price. The factory store has a lot of options and the staff is helpful thus I always make a stop when I’m at katy mills. However, my last time in, I was looking for a wallet my mom saw online, the front girl showed me where it was. She was very nice, while standing there I wonder if they had more colors and opened the draw underneath. Another sales girl yelled at me and said costumer can’t do that. I apologized and was surprised she didn’t ask if I was looking for something or needed help. Very rude. and I left. One bad experience and I don’t think I will be back.

How is this not in Unilocal already? I can see there’s a general review for the Mall but not this specific store. I thought it had nicer people and a better selection than the Coach at the Houston Premium Outlets (off of 290).
I was able to find a nice bag here, and get a 50% off coupon as I walked in. I love when I spend under $ 100 at Coach…
