I had a great experience purchasing my new truck from this dealership. The salesmen and finance people worked with me and made me feel comfortable. I got a great deal and a very nice truck. I shopped around quite a bit before making my purchase and these guys were honest and easy to talk with. I got a great deal on nice used truck. Clean inside and out. Thanks guys I’ll refer you to family and friends.

If I could give negative stars I would. BUYERBEWARE. These guys are crooks and liars. They ripped me off big time, and once they learned that I was disabled they took advantage of me… right before my eyes… and being the Traumatic Brain Injury Survivor and sucker that I am I still bought from them. I lead with a Christian heart and I trust too easily. Being a TBI I’m an easy target and really had no business bringing my life’s savings anywhere alone, especially to a used car salesman. That was my first mistake. I was charged over a thousand dollars for a «loan acquisition» fee because my credit score was 602(checked it myself, they told me it was 587). I was pre-approved with an interest rate of 13% and payments of $ 331.00, but when I left my interest was 25% and payments just about $ 400.00. My four thousand dollar down payment came out to be a one thousand dollar down payment when all was said and done. I’ll share my paperwork for proof. I didn’t purchase anything other than a $ 158.00GAP insurance policy for my loan, which was financed. Unbelievable. The truck made it home, but when I drove it two miles to the grocery store later that day, it wouldn’t start and left me stranded there. The next day it started in the morning, but wouldn’t start 20 minutes later. The next morning it started and I drove it to the dealership and they told me it was the battery(the battery light was on) and told me they’d give me a new battery. They installed a used battery and sent me on my way stating that I bought the truck«as is». A few days later a Ford dealer in Cheyenne, WY charged me $ 208.00 to tell me that the alternator was shot, they wanted another $ 700 to install a new one! A local Christian biker brother from the Cheyenne Christian Riders chapter of the Christian Motorcyclists Association showed up, made a call or two, and I was surrounded by Christian brothers and sister in a matter of minutes. They helped me install a new alternator, set me up for the night in a motel, bought me dinner and breakfast in the morning and I made it another 600 miles before my next mishap. It broke down, and is still broken down, every day that I got it started since I purchased it the first week of July. It happened to start and be running the day the bank called to verify the purchase so I didn’t say anything to them, with a Christian positive attitude. Alan, owner of Inter-Motors knew that I was driving from Houston, TX to the Pacific Northwest within days of my purchase. This truck left my service dog and I stranded every day, breaking down on the freeway, at gas stations, hotels, anywhere I would stop. It took me 7 days and $ 2,700.00 to complete a 24 hour trip that shouldn’t have cost me more than $ 1,000.00. I’ve been to Ford, NAPA Diesel, and many other garages, truck stops, and gas stations along the way and have a few different diagnosis’ after they all plugged their guages and laptops and other diagnostic tools in and have a few different diagnosis’ that all seem to be correct, totaling THOUSANDS of dollars worth of parts and labor. BEWARE!
