IL Primo Pizza & Wings

First time at Il Primo and I’m impressed. My son insisted we stop by to eat here. Great food, good prices and excellent service. It’s a great place for kids. Monsters Inc. was playing my 2 year old was very entertained, video games for my 8 yo and free ice cream. Definety coming back!

5/25/16…I’ve seen the plc in passing so I thought to give it a try and I must say… pizza and wings was good, hot and fresh. Plc is clean & adequate customer service. Great dine-​in exp. Will rtn to try other menu items.

Came here last Tuesday for the first time — not one complaint — service was great (workers were super nice)!pizza came out hot and loaded with toppings. We sat at the bar to watch the Astros game — we asked them to turn it on and they changed the channel for us. Will come again and keep them in mind on a Monday or Tuesday for the $ 5 cheese pizza deal.

I decided to try them for the first time the other night. I ordered online some pizza and a small order of wings. Well it took a little over an hour for the guy to arrive but he was very apologetic and nice. The food was not that good. The crust was burnt and hard, and they gave me the wrong order of wings. Dont think I’ll be spending my money here again.

Chicken wings are on point! Garlic parm and ranch are my favorite. Great place to watch the game

My family and I just ordered deliver: pizza (thin crust), meat lasagna, chicken Alfredo, and a piece of Italian cream cake. It took a while to arrive (almost an hour). The Alfredo was solid; came with big chunks of chicken breasts, mushrooms, and garlic bread on the side. My daughter did not like all the herbs in it… not a hot with her. My husband thought the lasagna was just ok. Same for the pizza, which my dad ate. All in all decent food. May order again.

We LOVE this place! Very clean and customer friendly. The pizza is always hot and delicious! The wings are on point! I didn’t even like bone-​in wings until I came here. Will definitely be back.

We needed somewhere extremely quick-​like to throw a small birthday party for my (now 7 years old) niece and what young kid doesn’t like pizza and soda? I was even happier to see that they had a small game room and flat-​screens with kid-​friendly movies on! (They were playing Planes that day).
There was plenty of pizza options so we ended up ordering a pepperoni, regular cheese and an Il Primo, garlic Parmesan wings, a Greek salad, an order of the fried mushrooms and a large pitcher of Shock Top beer. I wasn’t too impressed with the beer selections. Or better yet, lack thereof. They had your normal Buttweiser and Coors if you’re into that stuff. We got the cheese and pepperoni pizzas right away and they were DELICIOUS! So cheesy and tasty! The pepperoni was crisp and perfect. No complaints on taste whatsoever. The fried mushrooms weren’t that great. I’ve had better and made better at home.
Our experience started to go bad when it took almost 25 minutes for our wings and were offered no apologies or excuses. Then, my parents waited almost 50 minutes for the Il Primo pizza they paid for. People came in, ordered, ate and paid before we received that pizza. No offers made to make up for it either. Just a lot of unneeded excuses. Also, in the middle of eating, someone in the back turned the music up so loud that we had to yell at each other to be able to speak. We had to ask them to turn it down and they did with no problems. The game room was also a disappointment as most of the games were broken.
All in all, the pizza was great, it was affordable and large enough to throw a small birthday party but the game room had many broken games, we waited almost an hour for a small Il Primo pizza to be made and the staff seemed indifferent to the problems caused.

I have never had a problem with IL Primo. I go eat every once in a while, the pizza is always great, but the drinks. The drinks are GOOD I mean the sodas, you can tell they put in Fresh soda and keep their machines clean, never had a flat soda there.
Nice little ambiance nothing too loud and there is free soft serve ice cream for the customers.
The pizza is nice and hot right out of the oven, the cheese stretches like in the cartoons is awesome.

**FIRST TIMER** The pizza was good, the cheese bread was not, the wings were dry & small. I called my order ahead to pick up & the server said it would be 20 minutes. I walk in at 20 minutes and had to wait an additional 30 minutes! They were so SLOW! For the pizza just being «good» they cannot afford to have such slow service! Also their cleanliness was questionable!

Ask for Johnathon. Excellent customer service and always goes the extra mile to make sure your order is done to your expectations.

My husband and I love this restaurant. Their meat lovers pizza and their cheesy bread are amazing. I love the fact that they deliver. REALLY recommend this place… Food is great!!!

My family and I first heard about this place when my daughter’s school had pizza night. We had other obligations the night that it was scheduled and my 6 year old was so disappointed!
The following week we took her there to make it up to her (not the same without her classmates, though). I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked the food! The pizza was delicious!
My two year old loved that Aladdin was playing on a TV in the back and when she finished her pizza I loved it as well since it distracted her so that we could finish!
Definitely a family spot that I would recommend. My husband and I have even been back since then, just the two of us, for a casual date night! We will be regulars in no time!
PS they have started delivering to a very small surrounding area as well!

The pizza is awesome here! I have no idea why i didn’t try this place out before! To be honest, i thought it would be like papa patron. IT IS NOT LIKE THAT. Tried the meat lovers and cheese burger pizza with cheesy bread! YUM!

GREAT food… GREAT atmosphere… GREAT service!!! Everytime I come here I’m never disappointed… takes really good food and quality of the atmosphere to get a 5 star and this place sure deserves it!!!

This was our first time, and first impressions go a LONG way. Initially we were impressed and about to order a few pizzas but then changed our mind and ordered a personal pizza to test it out. We assumed it would only take 10 – 15 minutes, but ended up waiting for almost 30 minutes. That wouldn’t have been so bad except they had 12 employees and we were the ONLY customers in the place so we couldn’t figure out why it was taking so long! The employees were so busy playing around, that they messed up our pizza!
*side note* Once we got the pizza it was delicious. We will probably go back to try it again. But if it’s the same service, I’ll change my review to a one star.

This place is becoming a family favorite for pizza in our area. The pizza and wings are great and mynkids live the free ice cream.

Great food, pizza is cooked to order it seems, and can be split. Many different sizes. Great for parties, kids, casual dining. Beer available as well as bar seating. TVS play sports, game room for kids and big seating area.
We had the IL Primo special and the meat lovers extra large (no kidding) half and half.
We also had an order of 10 wings, lemon pepper and garlic parm.
The pizza was huge 14 pieces. Everything was big and fresh, veggies and all.
The wings were also good. They had a different take than most on the lemon pepper wings but was still very good and flavorful. The garlic parm was also packed with good flavours.
Blue cheese and ranch dressing both in an ample size containers, enough for about 4.
Everything is self serve. You order up front and you take a number. (You also pay up front) Get your own drinks and forks and plates and pick a seat. They serve your food to your table by number.
Fountain drinks.
Good Tropicana fruit juice and lemonade, awesome Sweet tea. (Pepsi products for soda).

Atmosphere rating is also good, clean and big. Game room, tables, booths and bar seating. Bring friends, bring kids. They have a 36.00 extra large cheese with 40 wings for 36 $, that could feed 7 people 2 slices and aprox. 6 wings.
End review it’s more a 4.5%, service 4.0%. The cashier was great at the front door though! He recommended and showed us the menu, he knew what was up.

What can I say, whenever a top-​notch sitdown restaurant comes to my neck of Katy I’m always a happy camper. I had seen some signs posted that this place had just opened and we decided to try it out for our weekly date night spot. Walking inside my brain had a hard time comprehending what I observed.
A restaurant on the level of a top-​notch pizzeria this deep in new Katy? I mean it was really nice and decked out. To my knowledge there’s only one other franchise in Houston and it’s in Richmond so the pictures there gave me an idea that this was about to be something crazy.
They have several staff members on hand and a gentleman was very quick to welcome us and tell us about their menu options. We started with the fried mushroom appetizer and then ordered the vegetarian pizza. It took 6 minutes for our appetizer to come out and at the most 12 minutes for pizza to arrive and it was very good. The cheese was gooey, the crust was moist and it had a lot of tasty vegetables.
They also have wings and a bunch of various appetizer choices. Mondays and I believe Tuesdays you get a medium cheese for $ 5. This place does not deliver so keep that in mind but I think it’ll be worth going to have a good sitdown meal option for the family. Plus the kiddos get free Icecream.
