This company is a ‘genuinely’ good company. This is the second time I worked with Eric. He tells me like it is keeping my pocketbook in mind. He draws me pictures (I’m visual) and walks me through EXACTLY what is needed and not what is a ‘nice to have’. I wish they were part of the home warranty company; although I understand why they are not.

Ideal Air is AWESOME. James Sharp, the owner, takes a very personal touch towards his business. He is not afraid to get down and get dirty. He was recently at my home and serviced my two units himself. I have used Ideal Air Services of Katy for many years and would hate to go anywhere else.
