We have used A-​Plus for more than 12 years now and have always found them to be prompt, honest and reasonably priced. All options for any issue were presented and explained in detail. We have never had to wait more than 18 hours for service even at peak «emergency» times (holiday weekends, dog days of summer, etc) and usually they were here the same day within 4 – 6 hours at most, even if it was late in the evening. Several years ago, we had to replace our old system that had reached the end of its life and again, we were presented with several options with price differences, feature differences and SEER ratings, each of which was explained in detail. Our new system was installed the following day.

Had Ray come by today to take a look at my system and was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and advice. He took care to show me exactly what was wrong with the unit with small things that could be fixed and even pictures to help me understand what was going on. He also gave us a heads up to what to look out for in the near future and how to save money when working with our unit. Will definitely be calling in the future.
