Had a flat, nice folks, and good service for a sunday. However, i found it interesting that they said i needed a coolant flush since i had just gotten my car serviced at the dealership the day before. They also said i needed to replace my battery. Again, had vehicle serviced the day before with a 30 point inspection and to make sure I checked the battery myself when i got home, and i saw no issue with my tester. I have taken my vehicles to my dealership for the past 10 years, never an issue, not once. Like i said, nice folks, but i do trust my dealership more.

Terrible service, very rude attendants.
I replaced my tires there and they put old 2011 tires on. They didn’t put the «lock key» back on my glove compartment. Go somewhere else!

The first time I went, I only went to ask a question. They were very nice and professional, and didn’t seem to want to sell me on anything. They just answered the question.
I went back recently for a state inspection. They were honest about everything, and even helpful regarding issues I had with my car. Very sincere and genuine. The state inspection guy’s shift was almost over, but he stayed to do my car, didn’t complain or make a face or anything. Then answered some questions afterward. I’ll post again if I go back and my experience changes. So far so goo.

Average at best and I’m trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I really wanted to like this place, but after several visits, I don’t trust them to do what I’ve requested anymore. Two visits ago, I requested a tire rotation and don’t think they did the work. This time, I’m 100% sure they didn’t rotate my tires because I marked them. I also had a tire that was wobbling pretty bad. The original technician didn’t fix it (same technician that didn’t rotate tires) but when I brought it back the 2^nd technician did rotate, balance, etc and fixed it easily. Why did the first technician not do this? If I hadn’t purchased the alignment program I’d never visit this location again.

We have taken all of our vehicles here over the last 6 years. They have been fair and honest. We have gone to other places for «second opinions» and they have come up with way more issues and at least 3 times the original estimate given by Good Year. They are very kind, honest and finish fixing your vehicle as promised.

I tried this company out because I needed an oil change and had a squeaky noise in the engine compartment.
Positives: They are open on Sunday, work gets done fast, and seem to do a decent job.
Negatives: I had to call the company to check on my car, they did not call as asked. I asked them to check the squeaking noise, and they said they didn’t notice anything wrong. I had to ask them to double check. When they checked again, they found metal shavings and discovered that the bearing on my hydraulic tension pulley was bad. They should have found this originally! The rep told me it was the most expensive one he had ever seen and quoted $ 250 for the tension pulley, $ 45 for a new belt, $ 99 for 1 hour of labor. I asked if he could do any better and he offered to give the belt free. I told him OK, but I would check the part price with what Auto Zone had. Well, Auto Zone had the part for $ 115. I called him back and he offered to lower the price to $ 200 and still give me the belt for free. I begrudgingly accepted because I wanted it fixed. I understand the need to make a profit of course, but the fact that I had to negotiate him down twice and that they are charging $ 99/​hr for labor seems excessive and dishonest. The good thing is they got the part the same day and got it installed, on a Sunday afternoon. I would rather a company be upfront with me and not force me to haggle on every issue. Also, the attendant informed me that you can’t switch between Conventional Oil and Synthetic or Synthetic blend, because he wanted me to buy the pricier package. He was selling valvoline oil, and on their own website they have denied this claim. (
). This is also dishonest. I’d rather take my care to someone I can trust to not rip me off.

I’ve been getting my cars serviced here for over 4 years. They are honest and professional– also you can get in and out fairly quickly.
