RUN AWAY FAST, do not give this person a 2^nd look. His RV’s are terrible condition and will ruin your vacation like it ruined ours.
After renting from this company in 2013 with some big problems we were assured things were fixed and ready for a fantastic trip.
It started out with them switching RV’s at the last minute. That should have been a sign of things to come.
Day 1 the cabinet drawers were falling apart and by day 3 the RV had to be put in a shop for five days, stranding us in El Paso. Then it went downhill from there with nasty smells that could not be explained, AC vents coming out of the dashboard. Rear view mirrors falling apart, and much much more.
Then to add insult to injury the owner, Willie, blames all the broken items on us and charges us for it, including a $ 500 fee for miscellaneous that he won’t itemize.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.
