Cinnabon

Staff are great. I come here for Schlotsky’s !!! Yes it’s labelled on Unilocal as only Cinnabon but I love the food here. Awesome !!

We spotted this location while eating at the excellent Pollo Campero across the street and decided to come back on a Sunday morning after Church. Around 11 am we each got a Cinnabon and a cup of coffee. I had not had a Cinnabon in over 6 years, previously I had only seen locations at malls, but they were as tasty as I remembered them being. The problem started when I got up to refill our coffees. The coffee dispenser was empty and there was no cream. There were 4 employees basically standing around doing nothing so I informed the youngish redhead that had rung us up that the coffee was empty and there were no more cream. Her response was equivalent to ‘tough luck, I could care less’. She was downright rude! When I complained to a much more hospitable young brunette I was informed the location was out of cream and they had no way of getting more. They could however make more coffee if we were willing to wait. We waited but they never made the coffee because I had not explicitly stated that YES I would like more coffee. Early on a Sunday morning and there is NO coffee prepared and NO cream available. No wonder the place was semi-​empty. And now they have lost two customers who had planned to stay and have a sandwich before experiencing extremely rude treatment. The comical part is the red head and the brunette are the ‘managers’.
