Cinco Ranchos Mexican Grill

I have ordered delivery from them twice and both times the food took over 2 hours to be delivered. Overall, the food isn’t bad but the wait is unsatisfactory. I was hoping the first time was a fluke but the second time shows this is a regular occurrence. I don’t think I will be ordering from them again because of this.

Slow service, foods very good seem understaffed or just inattentive. Watched 3 groups leave on a Friday night because there was no one at e hostess station to greet them or it took too long to get served, nice, clean place with lots of room. When food arrived it was very good.

Shown to our seat promptly… and kid saw a spider crawling on the table just as prompt! Well, we will not sit there even though I showed off my manly moves and killed it with my bare hands! LOL
Chips with red sauce & green sauce out right away. Drink orders brought out right away. Lemonade taste crazy weird! I am not sure if that was an authentic Mexican sweet lime or what, but I am not feeling it! Strawberry Fanta please. Man these chips are stale! The green sauce has potential… red…decent…
Appetizer will be the Diablitos. Strips of chicken fajita wrapped in bacon, stuffed with jalapeño & cheese. Entrée… let’s roll with the all you can eat special (see attached photo for deal details.)! Now the waiting game begins!
Service is kind of slow… but as soon as one thing comes out, they get everything to you in a flash… except your all you can eat options! They make them fresh… as soon as you order.
Diablitos are a good buy. Tasty bites of combo goodness. They come to your table on a skillet that stays steaming for quite a while. Guacamole and sour cream comes with it and adds a nice bit of flavor to the appetizer.
Enchiladas are salty… really salty. Burrito is a little better, well, a lot better than the enchiladas. Tacos are frickin’ awesome! Really tasty and good blend of everything they put on that small tortilla! Beef is better than the chicken by far. You actually taste the flavor throughout the beef. Chicken is like a canned welfare commodity variety. Not really tasty at all. You can kind of see what they were trying to do, but the bland strings they call chicken is just not cutting the mustard.
Pricing is decent. Worth stopping by just for the experience. Just fyi, waitress added gratuity to bill FOR ME…
