Consistently decent Mexican food served fast in a casual atmosphere. Efficient ordering system– you fill out all your choices as soon as you walk in the door. They have still managed to mess up our orders but were quick to fix any mistakes.

The food tasted nothing like Mexican food, a taco stand will meet your expectations for $ 1.29 The staff was súper nice, great customer service and a nice place to have a meal. If they could cook real Mexican food I would defiantly give them a 5.

The staff welcomed us as we came in. Ordering your burrito with the handy bag system makes it easy to be sure you get your burrito or bowl exactly as you like it. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. They load on the items so the burrito is HUGE! We also ordered the steak fajita plate. The beef was nicely seasoned and tender. The Stella was served in a classy chalice pint glass and the medium size frozen lime margarita was bigger than expected! Perfect amount of salt on the rim. Yum! Great Friday night out and the live music was a nice touch.

Holy moly I had a huge burrito! It was my fault because I got a little too excited and put just about everything in it! It came out fresh, hot and tasty and I was very pleased. I also had their queso and chips and had to stop myself from eating all of it! I’m a queso snob and don’t care for most, but it was good. The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in and were pleasant. They got my food out quickly too. I need one a little closer to my house so I can go more often!

Bullritos is a great place to eat! Family friendly and good food! The burritos are too large to eat in one sitting and the food is all fresh! They make it right there on the spot … They don’t have a microwave oven in the place! I’ve never had a bad meal here and I’ve been here quite a few times with many different friends and business associates! Their margaritas are awesome and you can get it as a regular frozen margarita or a strawberry frozen margarita! They have a nice selection of local craft beer too! Service is usually with a smile and fast. All around great place!

Bullritos is our favorite place to eat. Whether we are catching a quick bite to eat for lunch or dinner on the way home, my wife and I enjoy the variety of food. It’s always really tasty and fresh. My wife is in a wheelchair and this is one of the few places that she can eat at. It’s also a great place for a social and we have attended many No-Label Brewery and Karbach Beer events. We have business meetings and networking functions there as well. Great food and reasonable prices, I would not hesitate to recommend Bullritos to any of our friends.

We love Bullritos!!! My children ask to eat here a couple of times a week! The pulled pork is amazing!!! Wayne the owner is so sweet and the staff is honest and helpful. My daughter left my iPad there and several hours later we realized it was there and called and they had it behind the counter for us. Thanks Bullritos we love you and will see you soon!!!

The queso is my favorite part of the burritos here. It’s very liquid in consistency but dense in flavor. Also, you create your order on a paper bag first so it takes away the pressure of having to do it on the spot. I kind of like that actually.

Okay food, but the price is a bit high. This place has tons of potential. The hot sauce and chips served are of such small portion and the sauce tastes very sweet(like ketchup). It wasn’t a good start. The burrito was filled nicely, but everything inside was bland. Seasoning would have made a world of difference. The grilled corn inside was just corn, not grilled, and cold. Street tacos were the better option. Lots of good flavor combinations. The beef was the best. Priced a bit high for bland food served cold. Not a good value. Maybe we caught it on a bad day, but a little seasoning and warm food could add a star to this review.

Very consistent good quality food. This location was not a s fast as I am used to, but it was Father’s Day. Very good strawberry lemonade! Street tacos are fairly new. They were great.

This burrito chain is overpriced for the food quality. My husband and I have tried all the burrito places and this ranks at the bottom. The refried beans taste like they are from a can and are bland. The meats really have no flavor and it is too expensive compared to other places like uberrito and chipotle.

I’ve been here 3 times. I got the chicken fajita tacos all 3 times. The first time I though they were amazing! Better than mission burrito, free birds, or chipotle. The chicken was good breast meat not with fatty gross parts like the other burrito places. The second time they left the sauce off and they did not taste as good. The third time they left the cheese off. So i love the fajita tacos if they make them properly; however, I am removing a star because they are not consistent with putting the correct ingredients on the tacos.

This place is like subway for burritos!!! Awesome place, would definitely come back for more!!! This was my first time here and the customer service was amazing! They explained everything great attitude. The atmosphere is pretty chill, I can see this as a «beer & burrito» kind of place.

I’ve only known about Bullritos in Katy for about two months now. After trying it out the first time, I was hooked! I don’t eat out a lot, but I seem to find a way to go here every chance I get. The food is fresh, and the portions are more than adequate. I’m a vegetarian. So I like that they don’t make their refried beans with meat products like some other places. Also, the staff has always been friendly and Wayne, the owner, is genuinely nice. I can tell he cares about the success of his restaurant and the satisfaction of his customers. If you haven’t tried Bullritos in Katy, you’re missing out. Stop reading already, and go now.

Freebirds is much better, I would also probably visit a chipotle over bullritos. I ordered a spinach tortilla burrito with pulled pork, the tortilla had a weird taste to it, and the pulled pork was not very good. The flavor was just not there, and it wasn’t even«pulled». The meat was in big chunks which made the burrito very hard to eat. Also the burrito was dry. I like how freebirds has their signature sauces available to get more if desired. Bullritos is not like that. They only have a variety of Tabasco sauces. About ¼ into my bullritos it came undone, the tortilla was torn. I split a chips and guacamole which was expensive for what you get. My husband had a chicken burrito and got sick afterwards. Bottom line… quality and quantity just doesn’t seem to be their priority. I’ll stick to the experts and go to freebirds!

A little setup: I was in Katy, about a mile from this place and needed to get something to eat after 9PM, and didn’t want to walk into a place closing at 10PM to do so, nor did I want classic fast food like McDonalds, Taco Bell, etc. I had a bit of congestion all day and generally did not feel 100% and thus, wanted something fairly close by. I like to try new places when traveling and I could understand what this place was(Freebirds, Chipotle, etc.) serving. Seemed like a solid plan. Drove up to what turned out to be a strip mall and noted my few other choices(Freddie’s, Subway, etc.) and noted that most were all but empty(mainly employees) and decided to try anyway.(Made me stop and wonder though, I am not in an underpopulated area and it wasn’t THAT late…) Walked in where there were three people(two behind the counter/food and one sweeping and mopping the seating area) other than me — and I was the only one not getting paid to be there. The place was very clean(and obviously getting cleaner) and it was quiet(did I mention it was just me and the three employees?) the layout was nothing special and the hanging(not so bright) lights were the type I have actually seen in many such places as of late — dark yellow/orange/brown small fluted lights. Not downing the décor, just pointing it out. This isn’t a fine dining establishment or anyplace going for a given type of ‘vibe’ and since I was getting things ‘to go’ — I didn’t really care. I found what seemed to be the menu/to go bag and the markers to fill it out. The formula for these places are pretty much the same now, with the standard burrito/taco choices and maybe chips + some choices of dips. Some things cost extra like guacamole and sour cream and extra meat while there are always a choice of ‘freebies’. Nothing stand-out on the choices. I got a steak burrito with extra steak and guacamole along with plain pinto beans(well seasoned, however) in a cayenne tortilla with pico de gallo, lettuce(large leafy dark green, am a fan of iceberg/shreds myself in these cases) with Spanish rice(traditionalist) and queso. I was surprised they didn’t have any obvious sauces or such to take with your tacos or burritos. Out of the many places that follow the formula of such places — I frequent Freebirds the most — and like having the choice of getting sauces to spice up my meal as I eat — if desired. Maybe that’s just me. I also did not ask — as I feel such things should be obvious and easily located — not some secret. Hah The burrito came together quickly and I got a 32oz drink and it all cost just over $ 16 after tax and such. Not exactly ‘a deal’, but not out of line either. Got back where I was staying to eat it. Opened it up and it smelled(from what I could smell) pretty good. I was concerned about the steak since at least one person in the reviews had already commented about tough steak, etc. The tortilla was nice and soft, the rice was well cooked(no hard pieces found throughout the meal) and the ingredients melded together to make the burrito(nice.) The steak was tender, juicy and tasty. I can only guess other reviewers got the steak at a bad time or maybe my late night without the place being crowded was a lucky break — but I have no complaints about the taste or texture of the meat — nor the quantity, as I felt like I did get my $ 1.99 extra meats worth(Freebirds, as of late, has been slacking on this point, IMHO.) If I have to pick out a bad part — the dark green leafy lettuce doesn’t fit for me. I like the shredded iceberg lettuce in my tacos and burritos as it seems to hold its cool crispness better than this leafy stuff — and I always have considered that part of the experience of such food — the contrasting hot/cold with the meats, beans and rices vs. the vegetables. I did eat the entire burrito and it filled me up without that, «What have I done?! Will I be able to digest all that?!» Feeling I have gotten doing such things in the past(oh the early college days and a «super-monster burrito» in one sitting memories… Fond and painful at the same time.) Would I eat there again? Yes. Was it the best burrito I have ever had? No, but it ranks pretty high. Would I recommend it? Yes. Would I bring my family(young kids included) to eat there? Yes. I may, since this is not the last time I will be in the area, try out more of their offerings and at other times in the future. If you are looking for a place to get a decent burrito somewhere in this area(and why else would you be reading Unilocal reviews here?) — this is a fine choice, IMO.

Best location I’ve been to. Friendly and fast service with a smile. I like that the food is fresh and prices are great. This is a new location and seems like it is managed well. They do a lot of catering to corporate offices and the local schools. They offer great coupons as well. I will be trying them out for office catering soon. Easy to park and get in and out of. Way better than fast food stops.

So first time visit. Not amazing but I think the chicken they serve is better than the mission and Freebird burritos out there. So the burrito is okay. But the options that they give you are a little hit or miss. For example I order sautéed peppers and onions. I only got onions. Little disappointing. The guac is very bland. The chips are on the thick side and pretty hard comparatively to other burrito joints. The salsa I tried had very little flavor. It was the habanero something or another. Nothing to brag about. The cilantro rice… Ehhhh. It’s white rice. Really the only things that stood out was the chicken and the charo-beans. But they only stood out because everything else was sooooo blah.
