Every time I do Dahn Yoga not just at the center also at home. The Solar Body natural healing power is out standing, I am so please with the changes that my
body has made such as my weight, blood sugar, my walking, standing, blood pressure, energy and wanting to do more and wanting more out of life than before.
To see me smile and laugh you would think at one time I so sick of being sick I just
wanted to die I know that there is more to life now and that’s not the way out. Dahn
Yoga has help more than they know so I am great full for their help in showing me
how to help heal myself and enjoy life again!!!

Its been years since I last lived in Katy and this place still holds fond memories. I love this Dahn location, It was just so relaxing. When I moved to LA I went to koreantown branch and was thrown off.

Very welcoming and happy place!

It really helps me to relieve stress and clear my mind.

I’m a native of Katy, but am living in DC now. I recently was visiting my parents for the holiday and stopped by the Katy center. They let me take class for free since I’m already a member in DC. The center is quite quaint and cute. The manager Yana was extremely sweet, but her classes were though! I really enjoyed my time there. It was great experiencing a new perspective to this style of yoga. If you’re looking for a good stretch and want to relax this is the place to go!

I did a meditation, breathing and stretching IN THE CLASS.
Room was clean and silence.
Instructors are warmly welcome with bright smile and HUGGGGGG.
The Music was so calm, soothing and relaxed.
I feel relaxed. Also lighter.
I like this place.
