I attended a private luncheon for apx. 30 people. It was catered by Chef Michael Cortez, Amazen Chef Creations, and it was delicious. Not only was the food healthily prepared, but it was beautifully presented. The hot lunch featured fish, chicken breasts, spinach salad, potatoes, another vegetable(I forget what it was). Desserts were tiny bites of pumpkin bread topped by flavored whipped cream cheese — tiny bites ended up being many bites! There was, also, a pudding in small champagne-type flutes. It was so pretty, so tasty — and hot! I would like to see more of what Chef Michael Cortez does. Well done.
