absolutely terrible service!
in all aspects of their business
from installation
to completion this company does not know that the hell they are doing
let alone give a damn if they’re guys who are performing the installations
are even caring if their fences are properly installed straight and in a
symmetrical manner!
if only my apt complex would have gone with a different company!
do not waste your time and money on this place!

A little over a year after installation my yard started flooding. Called the Board of Water Suppy, who after inspection, concluded that one of the fence posts nicked the waterline. The cement poured over the nick slowed the leak until the pipe eventually burst. Plumber then re-​routed the pipes around the post. Best Vinyl just paid half the cost after much protest. Still was stuck with huge water bills which cost an extra $ 500 to $ 1,000 due to their slow response. They played the delay game until we gave up asking for reimbursement. We’re just too busy. Best Vinyl claimed that they were not responsible for damage underground, which is in their contract. But the Best Vinyl sales rep assured us verbally that they’d avoid the waterline. Afterall, wouldn’t a licensed contractor know better than a homeowner how to map out the water line? Furthermore, the Board of Water Supply said they could have called them. Plus common sense would have dictated that a pipe was in that spot because the water access in the sidewalk was right in front the post. One star for otherwise nice fence.

Got referred by a neighbor who was happy with their work. Went online for a free estimate. Got a call from Jason and scheduled an on site visit two days later. Took off from work in the morning but no one showed up. No call nor email in response to that.
Not sure if my job was too small for them but lost my business and positive referral in my neighborhood!
