Atlas Floor & Tile

Tile project just finished, and Atlas set me up with one of their tile people. The man was extremely rude and inflexible and argumentative and not willing to work with the client. He is an elderly man and his memory is not good and kept forgetting things he had said to us. I believe he is generally rude to women, as he was not this way when my husband was around. He did not honor his original bid and kept adding on to original bid, when I was told the work was included in the bid. His work was very slow. When he spoke about former clients he was very demeaning. Generally not a nice person and I would have fired him if we had been able to do so. Atlas itself was very disorganized, had no files on our original work so lost alot of needed info for our project. Customer service and organization is lacking. Certainly, no design help. I would not recommend using Atlas and try to find somewhere where there is customer service, and a place where there is someone who can help you with design. Also, no women employees at Atlas, which I think says a whole lot about the place. This is the very shortened version of my experience with them. Lots more to say!
