Hires only the biggest idiots they can find! No one here has any knowledge at all of what they are doing or anything about home maintenance. Go to Home Depot, they will actually help you or find someone who can.

I come here a lot. These guys are very helpful and just itching to give you assistance. I never have to walk very far before someone is offering to help me. There are some items a bit pricier than Lowe’s or Home Depot but I like the personalized service here and you don’t have to wait in long walmartesque lines because they don’t want to open another register.

I went online and ordered a ladder to be shipped to the store for me to pickup. I got an email on 2÷19÷2015 saying the ladder had shipped. I went to the store on 2÷22÷2015 to pick it up. I was informed by Manager Bob Millbyer that the ladder was not there and they could not find it. He said they would call me when it gets there or they find it. I waited another week and did not get a call. I went someplace else to buy my ladder. I called Ace on 2÷27÷2015 and spoke to a rep and informed her to cancel the order have my money put back into my account, she told me she would do that. On 3÷5÷2015 I called to see where my refund was and was told nothing had been done on getting my refund. I told the rep to escalate this so that I can get my refund. He said he would. Today I just got off the phone with a manager and I was told It takes 15 days to get a refund. Oh they can take the money immediately from your account but they don’t want to part with it and their website says easy returns. Well I guess if you go into the store with a return you can get your money back, but if you never received that product in the first place the «easy returns» doesn’t apply. They just try to keep your money. I am done with Westlake Ace Hardware and I have been a good customer for several years, but they are the worst.

Easy location to visit. I don’t seem to get as much assistance at this location, but I can usually figure out what I’m looking for without help.
