Promise everything when you’re buying, but don’t deliver. They sold me sunglasses (very expensive) that supposedly were «nearly indestructible and have a great warranty» — until something happens to the lenses and big surprise, not covered by warranty. The lenses developed some strange pitting after 6 months even though they were handled with care. My only option was to purchase new lenses at a cost of $ 90. Totally unacceptable. Don’t trust the sales pitch. They won’t stand behind their product.

Bought brand new rayban, walked around the other stores and noticed there was a scratch on the lens so went to return it 10 mins before it was closing (I’m from out of state and don’t have a Sunglasses hut near me) but couldnt return it because they already closed the register.

I’ve been to a lot of sunglasses huts (I’ve got a weakness for shades), and this one is hands down my favorite. The selection of glasses is always great. They have most major brands; from: Oakley and Rayban, to D&G and Gucci. That all is pretty standard for a sunglasses hut; what sets this one apart is that the staff is knowledgeable and actually knows about their products and the companies that make them. In short, they’re high value sunglasses fans and it shows.

I am a sunglasses fanatic! I will spend anything and everything on them. The staff is actually great. For being a comissioned based enviroment they serioiusly just let you shop. They have awesome selection and great warranties. Love Them!
