I just had the worse customer service experience ever. The sales representative did not acknowledge or greet us as we entered – we were the only customers in the store. He stood leaning against the counter and never moved; we thought he was waiting on someone or was security. We continued to shop and were never asked if we needed assistance. When another couple walked in they were greeted with a warm hello wth!
Leaving the store I said «have a nice day» with teeth gritted and eyes rolled hey says begrudgingly «you too».
The service was horrible I will not however allow that experience to compromise my opinion on the quality and brand Cole Haan.

I have two pairs of Cole Haan shoes I bought about four years ago and have loved them ever since. Unfortunately, they’re finally looking a bit ragged, so when we went to The Legends to check out Stanford and Son’s, my hubby suggested we stop in here to see if they had some replacements for my old shoes. Lo and behold, as soon as we walked into the women’s shoe section, we spied some shoes that looked almost the same, but not quite. Since we were in a hurry, I grabbed them in the same size my old shoes were and off we went. The next day, I was excited to try my new kicks, but alas, they were not constructed the same. They flopped on my heel while they wore a blister on my pinky toe. Uggh! So back to the Cole Haan store we went. There I was assisted by a young lady named Kelsie who was very helpful. She suggested options to try and I finally settled on a very different but incredibly comfortable pair of shoes. Sadly, they didn’t have them in the right color in my size, but hey, no problem if you’re working with a great salesperson! She jumped on the phone and found a store that had them in stock in the right size and color. They’ll be shipped to my house in about a week!
I have to say that I truly appreciate the no hassle return and the dedicated attention and follow through from the salesperson at this store. The next time I’m in the market for a good pair of comfy shoes, I’ll definitely make the trek up to this store.
