I recently decided to switch from my old carrier to Sprint for their Framily plan and I went to this location for help making the change. When I signed up, it was still a fairly new service and not all of their employees were familiar yet with all the offerings and restrictions on the plan. For this reason, we had a couple of billing issues on our first bill cycle. The Asst. Store Manager, Travis Roth, worked with us through everything and made sure everything was corrected as quickly as possible and to my satisfaction. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and that the issues were resolved completely. No company is perfect every time, and I think how they handle mistakes and issues says more about a company than the sale up front sometimes. In this case, that couldn’t be more true. Thanks to Travis’s dedication to making things right, and his consistent follow up, I will always do my business with this store, and I will recommend my family and friends do the same. They stand behind their product and have proven that they’ll work to make things right if anything goes wrong.

I’ve been a Sprint mobile customer for over 10 years; have truly never had any problems with Sprint. This location, I always come to so I can pay my bill at the bill pay kiosk they provide. When I need to upgrade my phone, the associates have always been helpful, knowledgeable, & very courteous for any of my needs. Luckily, this one doesn’t seem to be as busy as the location at Town Center Plaza; much easier to get in & out. Convenient location for me — close to work, & can combine some shopping at Ward Parkway while I’m there. Hope this location stays put. :-)

The Ward Parkway Sprint store has greatly improved its service in the 10 years or so that we’ve been visiting it. Went in last night while waiting for a movie to start and the staff were very knowledgeable about the various phones and gave us pros and cons for each based off what we were looking for. We went to the movie but came back today to make the upgrade and had a short wait(it’s Saturday) and were able to work with the same guy from the night before. Easy in — easy out. Not often you can say that about anything related to Sprint. BTW: the sales rep we met with was Dallas — would recommend asking for him as he really knows what he’s talking about with none of the high pressure sales pitch.
