I have been here several times and every time I tell myself never again because my food is cold or the people that work there are very rude. Tonight I go and ask for a drink carrier while ordering. Not only did I wait for 26 minutes but my food was very greasy which can be expected being its fast food but it was beyond greasy. Then she hands me my drinks so I ask her for a drink carrier which I had already asked for already when ordering. Instead of going in she rolls her eyes and walks off. I’m pretty sure I’ll go without the next time I have a craving for a shake and chicken sandwich

GHETTO!!! They kids working here are the most obnoxious and lazy I’ve ever seen. I’ve been there many times over the last ten years, but the last couple of years has gotten worse and worse until I won’t go there again. The last time I was there, I never got my order– and I had already paid for it with my credit card. I saw one of the gang-banger looking staff take my order to a friend of theirs in the back of the lot and drive off with them. An hour later, after I keep pushing the button, somebody came out and said they would have to re-make my order(with no explanation) and wanted to know what my order was. I told them to shove it and left. Worst, worst worst Sonic in the world!

Worst sonic I’ve been to. The story goes: wife and I suddenly have a slush craving. So we go and get a couple slushes. 2 mediums. Place looks pretty dead so we’re thinking less than a 5 minute wait. Well, 45 minutes later we are still waiting on our 2 slushes. No exaggeration. 45 minutes. So we push the red button and ask the guy what’s up, he responds with«what was your order?» C’mon guys. I could’ve gone inside, baked some bread for their coney islands from scratch then gone down to quiktrip and got 2 feeezonis in that amount of time.

I stopped by here a couple days ago. One vehicle parked in the lot. Two women employees outside smoking. Two inside. I pulled up to order, poked the red button, watched it flash for a couple minutes and then watched the two smoking ladies mosey back inside, leaving their unsmoked cigs on a windowsill outside(I guess for later?). So, I look down at the red button. It is no longer flashing. I can see inside the kitchen. Still no one else in the lot but me. One woman is standing around laughing and chatting, a young man is walking around, looks busy, the other two women are chatting. I press the red button again. It starts flashing. Two of the women glance at me briefly. Continue on with their chat. All I want is a Route 44 Tea. So, I sit a bit longer. The red button light is now off again. Realizing that they have no intention of taking my order until they are damned good and ready, I leave. I can go up the street and get a tea for about the same price. There’s no reason to intentionally disrespect your customers. I realize the wages aren’t the greatest but I don’t set those wages and if you piss off too many of us… well, fast food restaurants go out of business too. Very disappointed but the service and quality has been deteriorating at this site for the past few years. I can strike this location off my list because there are plenty of other FF places around for a quick drink or Quik Trip down the street. I hate writing these negative reviews but dadblast it, there’s no excuse for disrespecting a customer that hasn’t done anything wrong.

Two words for you: tater tots. I’ve never had a bad experience with these toasty treats. They are always hot and salty, just like you want… My order has always been correct, but sometimes when I pay with a card the server still asks for cash. It’s a bit of a hassle, but as long as the tot-quality is maintained I’ll keep coming back.

It’s Sonic, so depending on the day, the service could be bad or good. The frustrating thing about this location is that on some visits they claim not to have pepper, other times I get it without a problem. Weird. Orders are are right 50% of the time.
