This place needs to go to corporate and take away their franchise! They are a smear to McDonald’s bad name, and makes it worst

Second time here– My drive through time 11 mins! I asked for ketchup to be INMYBAGFORTHEFRIES! Nope they forgot that also. Then then Manager asked to pull up to the reseverved #2 spot I drive a f350 king cab — think of the traffic issues I created parking where I was asked to goto — DAH I BLOCKEDTHEROAD– 1.If you going to run a very store-then put experience on the regesters-not these teenagers on a Saturday 2. type the word KETCHUP on the receipt so the other drones will see it and mechanicly install it in the bag-DAH! 3. Your store sucks, to busy to slow wrong order, incomplete order’— Think I’ll keep driving by your store and see if wendy’s can do better-they are just down the road over by taco bell

The food is ok here but it is hit and miss whether anyone is paying attention to your order or to you when you pull up to pay. No one takes pride in doing one’s job. That’s the nature of a lot of fast food places today. I usually only go into Mickey D’s now for breakfast at the Armourdale Location because they are fast, efficient and friendly or just to get a large drink if I’m on the run. Seldom to eat anymore. If you want a great burger and fries, go to Culver’s. Best service, polite and professional staff and quality food.

The food is fine, but the service is uneven at best. Today’s experience involved trying to order two simple breakfast meals, and being overcharged. Had the manager step in, and were still overcharged(albeit for less). Might need to drive farther to find another McD’s next time, but it will be worth it.
