Highly Disappointed! Very Dirty Salon! Ever since Cindy Left the salon it has gone down hill! Everytime I go in and have an appointment I still sit and wait 25 – 30 minutes before they start my service. My time is valuable! I went in Saturday and they had their 13 year old daughter doing services on paying customers… filing nails, polish changes, back rubs! Wow! The tools they use for pedicures they do not wash with soap or disinfectant they only rinse under water.gross. I tapped the nail clippers and all these old nails fell out. I was about to take a picture on my phone of nail files they use on every client and Long covered it up! Very disgusting! Em only charged me $ 25.00 she knew I was upset! My nails were filled on Saturday, 5 days later they are already lifting! They always use the razors on peoples heels for pedicures! But have a sign from the board of cosmetology posted not to use them! Never will return I hope they get shut down! Also, where they do eye brow wax they never change the sheet. DIRTY very insanitary!

This has been my go to for a great $ 25 pedi for the last 3 years. That’s the only reason I’m giving 3 stars instead of 1. Just left after a 15min pedi. Literally two minute leg rub. I’m sooooo disappointed. I even voiced my dissatisfaction when checking out with the lady that did my pedicure. Her response was «we are short people today». Seriously. No discount or apology was offered. Guess I’m looking for a new place.

Truly a full service pedicure. Mai spent a long time doing Callas removal which normally I pay extra for and Am still not satisfied. Mai did a great job. I will definitely be back.

I wasn’t all that impressed. They did a overall good job and the place was clean. However the nail tech wasn’t friendly and didn’t speak to me the entire time. She was more interested in just getting done. When she finished painting my toes, she sat down in a chair and started watching tv! On top of that the price changed when I got to the register. I would not go back there because I had to pay way to much to have someone act like that.

Great place. I moved to this area and had previously had been using the other location for several years. I was happy to find the same quality of service, the same professional staff, and the same great prices as the location in Overland Park. They present you with a menu listing all services and prices as soon as you sit down in the comfortable, clean «thrones», so you know exactly what you are getting. The nail professionals are fast and pleasant and very talented.

I bought my wife a gift cert to this nail salon and she has been consistently disappointed. They don’t speak much English and communication is a huge problem. Every time she has paid a different price for the same service. The quality of their work is terrible and she will not be using their services again.
