Regular bowler here during the winter months. The staff is attentive and friendly. It’s loud and rowdy– but what else do you expect from a bowling alley? Cold beer and fried food! Fried mushrooms are a MUST, and everything is always better with cheese. Seriously, during the summer I start to crave the bowling alley food. It soothes the soul.

I had a great time at Mug Shots Bar and Grille, located in the Ward Parkway bowling alley. Mug Shots is not just a bowling alley bar, it stands on its own two legs. There is plenty of space and lots of tables for sitting and socializing, there are also numerous games and a more then friendly bar tender that will make (or make up) any shot you order.
Plush with regulars and the visiting bowlers filling up their pitchers, Mug Shots is a great place to go with a group that just wants to relax, even if you don’t care to bowl. I wouldn’t exactly recommend going to meet people though, its more of a create your own entertainment kind of bar.
