Found hair in my food and the restrooms were literally so disgusting I almost threw up. It was not sanitary at all and I actually felt bad for the employees. Whoever’s managing this mess needs a serious review

Man was yelling at the kitchen about his bad day at work and it was very unprofessional. I had a bad day to and I’m just trying to enjoy my breakfast. I still have not received my meal or my drink. Dr pepper was on the menu and the cracked out waitress told me they didn’t have dr pepper. It changed for root beer. She has walked by me 4 times now and still has not have us our drinks. The syrup is at least full. Not impressed at all. I would rate this place one star.

Horrible … we sat for 25 minutes and no one even came to take our drink order. Waitstaff standing around talking. Extremely disappointing. We decided to leave and 3 employees just looked at us. Never said a word.

I am very if-​y about this location because I remember coming here as a kid and it being excellent. It has changed management a lot. This time as soon as I sat down the waitress was right there wanting my order and I literally had just put my butt in the chair… then 2 minutes later she came back wanting it. I don’t know if it’s because I came alone and she wanted my table. It was annoying. I ordered banana foster wheat pancakes, eggs & bacon and coffee. It was good though.

This is a good place for quick, convenient breakfast food. They are great with kids. They never have any problem accommodating requests and special orders. It does get busy on Saturday and Sunday mornings and the wait can be awhile.

I’m officially convinced that all Ihops suck. This one was a little better than most but still unsatisfactory. The food was good but the customer service is awful. Particularly the cashier girl, Ghada. The entire time she was ringing us up she didn’t say a word and barely even acknowledged us. As we were finishing, my boyfriend looked right at her and said «thank you, have a nice day» and she completely ignored him. I am still appalled that someone so lacking customer service is able to have a job at all.

The food was good, but service was terrible, our 3 or 4 servers we went through didn’t completely get our order correct, had to ask for our silverware and then another set and finally a to-​go set because the other sets had dried food stuck to them.

This is one of the poorer IHOPs in the area. Pancakes served tough and cold. We had a coupon, they claimed Flag Day was a holiday. Stay away.

Yummmmmm! I believe I went to the one near the Airport but it’s gotta be similiar. Their new corn bread-​inspired pancakes are deeeeelliiiiish! Especially on a late nite, famished, post new year’s eve celebration after IHOP (intl house or prayer) gathering.
My regular order: Chicken (or steak) omelet with swedish-​ligonberry pancakes (substitute – pay extra) WITH coffee!
One must go with friends so you can share orders: bite of corn bread pancake, grain n nut, swedish… eating an entire, same flavored pancake can bore even the most pancake-​lovin palate.
