I recently bought a pair of UGG boots. And on the second wear, the seam at the heel ripped. I’m not faulting EG Gellar for this but for the attitude I got from the store manager when I tried to exchange the boots. I had explained what had happened(I turned sharply and I hear a rip) and he tells me that I ripped it on a nail. Basically calling me a liar… he then had one of his store associates start the exchange but he gave me the silent treatment while I waited. He clearly wasn’t happy. So I was not impressed with the customer experience at all. Pretty sure I wouldn’t have gotten the same attitude at Nordstrom. They should realize that the only thing going for them against these big stores is customer service. I gave them 3 stars for at least exchanging the boots but could do without the attitude. Will not shop there again.

I needed some comfortable«easy on /easy off» shoes for a trip through the airport. They had dozens of styles that fit my needs. I am usually a big Th! nk fan, but they turned me onto Finn Comfort. These are awesome. I still struggle with comfortable shoes not being so fashionable. They have lots of really beautiful shoes that have all the support and padding of the ugliest orthopedic shoe. The shoes aren’t cheap, but then you usually get what you pay for when it comes to shoes. Check them out and look for the adorable little pixie with the long curly hair. She was so helpful and got me to try all kinds of styles I would never had on my own.
