I called Del’s to have my oven repaired. Jake the technician was VERY friendly & knowledgable. I would DEFINITELY ask for Jake next time I call Del’s.

My furnace stopped working while it was below freezing and snowy outside, it was also 3:00pm. I called Del’s and Shane, the technician, was here within 45 minutes. He located the problem, checked the furnace thoroughly and even made a trip for a part within 20 minutes of the manufacturer’s closing time. By 5:00pm my furnace was fixed! Shane did a great job and i would definitely call Del’s again.

They replaced an oven ignitor switch with the wrong switch. Mine is round they fit a square switch in a round hole. Luckily the oven did not explode. The switch burned out 9 months later. They refused to refund my money.180 dollars later with another company I got the round switch. Avoid at all costs.
