I don’t eat out for lunch during the work day a lot, but when I do, 9 times out of 10 — it’s this place. It’s in a food court with other random places but Curry in a Hurry stands out. Delicious Indian food served by friendly staff. I usually choose the two vegetarian special and hope they have Veggie Korma! Other dishes are great too, even the Okra which seems strange. My only issue is I wish the naan was a little more fresh(like made right then) but overall this place is cheap, filling and friendly. So don’t be scared(like many of my colleagues) and come with an open-mind for some yummy food!

Overpriced, and no information on spiciness level. Food is okay. In a food court with lots of other options, though.

Decent spot for lunch! Not many selections but it is in a food court setup. Not the best Indian food but is okay if you’re just tired of your normal fast food lunch breaks.

Oh wow. Oh wow wow. I read the reviews on Unilocal before I went but this place blew my mind. I admit, even though the Unilocal reviews were amazing, I was a bit taken aback showing up to the slightly dingy food court and finding this place standing unapologetically, display lights burnt out and all(the only reason this place isn’t getting 5 stars). I ordered the butter chicken(a fan fave and a personal fave) and the okra vegetable side(can’t quite recall the name). There weren’t a ton of choices, but this is a food court and this is just lunch. And it was delightful. Ridiculously good, in fact. The naan was warm and the rice was well done and not dried out. The guys behind the counter were fast and courteous. I had been craving Indian food for quite a bit and this satisfied that craving and more! Word to the wise, show up a bit before noon because my friend and I did and not sooner we sat down but the line was 15 people deep. With all this in mind, I’ll definitely be back!

Awesome authentic curry in a food court! Don’t miss out on the pickles and chutney. Great flavorful and nicely spiced dishes served up in minutes.

Closest place for indian food downtown. Not the greatest but definitely good for the price! I go there a few times a month

Found this place on my last day of business trip. EXCELLENT ! Butter chicken & Lintels. The food is as good as any I have experienced. If they were in a restaurant setting they could charge 3X the price and no one would complain. It is a food court setting and FAST!

This unassuming little food court place serves up the real deal! You can choose vegetarian or meat entrees from the daily selection or vegetable or chicken Biryani rice. I went for the veggie Biryani rice, which I was warned was spicy. Yes! It was! And yummy! I was also offered some veggies on top, which was a nice bonus. A little sauce bar on the side offers containers of mint chutney, pickled veggies and some other options. The prices are reasonable, $ 6.99 — $ 8.99. They have fresh roti available as well. A nice option to break up your monotonous workday lunches. Service was also friendly and efficient.

Hands down my favorite lunch spot in the city. I’ve yet to taste anything that was not good but my go-to dish is the butter chicken. Excellent in taste start-to-finish. The staff is always friendly and seem eager to dish up their goodness! If you go on a Friday, get there before 1 as they tend to sellout.

I got the chicken tikka masala and the chicken 65 During their lunch special. The folks at the counter were courteous, efficient, and friendly. The chicken tikka masala was a bit bland for my tastes and on the creamy side compared to what I am used to. The chicken 65 is bright red, has a bit of a spicy kick and has a touch of zing to it, presumably from the vinegar in the pickled peppers. The naan was nothing special. Overall, it was so so, but a great value for the price.

For ‘fast’ Indian food, this is the spot to come. They have the BEST butter chicken ever. That’s a bold statement, yes, but it’s that good. Wink wink, if the owner is there and you tell him how much you loved the food, he’ll give you a buy one get one coupon to his full service restaurant in OP, KS Ruchi Indian Cuisine.

This is the best smelling vendor in City Center! Totally adequate Indian food and lots of it for cheap. Pleasant employees. Good for a quick lunch.

You couldn’t ask for better fast Indian food. They have a few entrees avaiable at a time and it is made in small quantities so it doesn’t sit out for hours before it is served. My favorite is the Chicken Tiki Masala. I don’t like super spicy food for lunch – I think it is seasoned perfectly. You get a lot of food for the money and it is fast, fresh, and hot. Curry in a Hurry is head and shoulders above every other lunch option in the food court(and downtown for that matter).

My props: Reasonably priced for quick indian food. It was quick, they were nice. The food tasted, overall, pretty good. My drops: I would have liked more sauce and a litttleee bit more meat. The sauce wasn’t nearly enough for much dipping with the nan and rice. The chicken tikka masala was wayyyy more creamy than I like. Additionally, no spicy curry kick to it(which I guess I’ll forgive as it is «fast food.» Although, it’s more like more like buffet-style indian that they scoop out to you). I’ll go back but I’m not dying to. Better than a lot of the other options in city center. EDIT: It’s Curry in a Hurry by Ruchi. I’m assuming that’s the restaurant in OP.

Not enough variety to suit my tastes but there’s rarely a line, they serve quick and the price is decent.

For«fast food» these guys do an awesome job. Food is good with reasonable prices and a sizable selection. Now, if they could only get some chi for us die hards…
