Worst drive thru! EVERY time I come here they ask me to pull forward and wait. It makes no difference how much I order or if anyone is behind me in line. I finally asked why I always have to pull up and was told it’s so they can have good numbers for their drive thru times! I hope the owners know how the employees are cheating the system.

I was ordering 4 meals for my family and when I pulled up to pay they tried to give me a separate check for each meal that I ordered. One for a whopper, another check for another whopper, a whopper jr, and the last check for chicken nuggets. I told them I wouldn’t pay for this, that I wanted it all on the same check and to pay for the meals at the same time, so this made my wait 10 minutes longer than it should have since the worker had to figure out how to give me all those meals on one check. Once I got my meals they put all of them in separate bags. One of the meals was the whopper jr. And they forgot to put MEAT, on the bun! So all I had was the buns, cheese, and lettuce on my burger. How do you forget to put that on a BURGER?

I ordered 2 hamburgers and fries at drive thru. Immediately after paying, I was asked to pull to the other side of building to wait. I asked why since there was no one behind me and was told because they were being timed. I asked if it was customary to inconvenience the customer because they were being timed and declined to drive to the other side of the building(this would have put me in a different direction than I wanted to go when I left). I received my order and informed staff I never received a receipt to which she replied we’re out if paper. I told her I would not be reimbursed for this meal by my job if I didn’t have a receipt. She got another employee whom I assume was a manager… he didn’t identify himself. He reiterated they were out of paper after I explained I needed a receipt to be reimbursed. He said, «I don’t know what to tell you.» When I asked for the number to the corporate office, he took paper from another cash register and printed a receipt. After driving off, I began to eat. The burgers tasted old and cold. I’m pretty sure I was given burgers thst should have been discarded but I couldn’t return because it would have made me late getting to my destination. This was a horrible experience.

My boyfriend and I came in here literally for a quick bite before going to a game. After we ordered, people were running around not getting anything done. I believe there was a woman who waited 10 minutes for her food. The kitchen was incredibly slow but what irritated me was what looked like the manager yelling out«WHYSTHEKITCHENAT A D?» I’m thinking«why don’t you jump in there and help them instead of just sitting around drinking what looks like chocolate milk? When we got our order, we began eating and the chicken sandwiches we got were incredibly dry. Like to the point to where taking a bite took all of the moisture out of your mouth. Just a really crappy experience.
