Worst pizza I’ve had, ever!!! Ordered takeout and when picked up 20 min later it was room temp, dry as a bone, hardly any sauce, crust was tough, tasted very very stale! How can you screw up a pizza this bad??? Well this franchise seemed to master that ! Stay away from this place, rather get the dry snacks at the hotel

I was under the impression you could go to any Pizza Hut in the country and get a meal that was consistent and met the corporate standards. That doesn’t seem to apply here at the Kanab, UT Pizza Hut. The meal was delivered on time but it wasn’t in a hot bag to keep the food hot… thus is was cold when delivered. I am staying in a rented house less than a mile from the restaurant. I would expect a hot meal. The food also seemed bland. My wife and I couldn’t quite put our finger on what was different from the other Pizza Huts we’ve dined in. We’ve been in Pizza Huts in Illinois, Wisconsin, Idaho, Utah, Arizona and the one in Kanab was by far our worst experience. Someone needs to sit down and retrain the staff or management. Sorry Kanab!

Went with two friends, got the lunch pizza and salad bar thing. Pizza was alright. Salad bar looked disgusting and old. Wilted veggies and gross dried out film on old salad dressing. Would not touch salad bar. Friend insisted in eating salad bar had to go to ER for food poisoning. Not fun. Do better Pizza Hut.

We were in town for a funeral last month and brought a large group in while they were already slammed. They professionally and efficiently handled our group. We were very impressed. as we have food service experience and can spot when a business is overwhelmed but get through it well. Nice job.

We stopped on our way home back to salt lake. The service was poor, on the bright side they had a salad bar, but it didn’t seem fresh. Salads are 3 $ a person

It took us over 30 minutes to get our pizza and the store was empty. They dropped it the 1st time which is fine– accidents happen. But then they offered us no dessert or coupon which would have been a really nice gesture for their mistake. Pizza was ok– standard pizzahut. Glad they didn’t give us the pizza they dropped on the floor but not a good experience as far as ordering a pizza goes.

We camped nearby a few months ago, and ordered a «Supreme» large pizza for takeout. It was very light, had very few toppings, crust was hard. We should have refused it — it was the most awful, crispy overdone ‘pizza’ we ever tasted! The Supreme was supposed to be the best pizza, with most all ingredients. All the workers there, seemed very carefree, and not serious about their work. We will NEVER eat at any Pizza Hut again!

Ordered wings and pizza to go. Everything was fast and hot. Wings were a little greasy for my taste but good flavor. Quick and easy, after a day of sightseeing.

OK, hate to admit it but the Crazy Cheesy Crust TV commercial got stuck in my head. Just had to have one. I did in Kanab: the CCC was indeed delicious, every one of its 2800+ calories. Thank god I shared one :)))) Our waitress was really nice. We had a short chat that went beyond the «how is everything» and «you guys want some desert» routine. We felt very welcome here.
