Two and a half hours for delivery. No folks, that wasn’t a typo — TWO AND A HALF HOURS. I finally cancelled. Unbelievable. I absolutely understand being short staffed but a phone call letting me know to expect a long wait would have been nice. Instead, I had to call three times (30 minutes apart) to inquire. Each time, I was told my order was being prepared at that moment and would be leaving right after. Obviously, this was not the case. I wish I could rate the food but unfortunately you can’t rate what you don’t get to try.

Delish! We ordered the Jaspare’s special pizza, hand tossed and it was excellent. No skimping on the toppings either. It was loaded. We ordered by phone and it was ready on time. The owner, Kevin, helped us when we picked it up and he couldn’t have been nicer. We will definitely be back. We also received $ 2 off when we checked in with Unilocal

I love the pizza and pastas at Jaspare’s. Pretty underrated. The owner is usually around and he’s pretty cool. Prices are competitive as far as pizza places go. Deliver can be slow at busy times or if a big sporting event is going, but that’s expected. All in all a good place for food.

Awful service, slooooow delivery, customer service needs some serious work. Over 2 hour wait for cold pizza. Told Kevin (apparently the owner) we wanted a refund and he refused. Redelivered the pizza and it was still cold. He blamed ME, then Grubhub. Don’t waste your time or money at this location or subject yourself to below average food, long wait time and HORRIBLE service. So disappointing!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT! We ordered and waited for over two hours for delivery! When we called to check on our orders status we were met with an owner (Kevin) who argued with us for over 20 minutes! He then proceeded to chastise us for ordering at the wrong location! We tried to explain that we used GrubHub and that we were directed to his business via the site (we were staying at a local hotel) he again continued to argue and accused us of trying to get «free food»!?? We had to describe to him how he might better handle a situation such as this in the future. He finally offered to remake the pizza, however when it arrived it was coagulated and cold-​just as we feared it would be. Clearly not a freshly made pizza. Save yourself some time, money and frustration CHOOSE TO ORDER FROM SOMEONE ELSE!

Underrated pizza in the center of town. I think it is just a small step down from the big three in Kalamazoo (Erbelli’s, Martini’s, and Bimbo’s), and they run pretty good specials. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the owner is local (owns other Jaspare locations).
They use a white crust that is pretty light, and they get the proportions right when doing toppings and cheese. The breadsticks are okay; better than the chains but not as good as Erbelli’s (best in town). Their pepperoni tastes good to me, better than many other restaurants.
All in all, this is a good, local pizza joint. Right up there with Bilbo’s (when Bilbo’s actually makes a good pizza), and much better than the chain pizza places.
