Buffalo Wild Wings

Love the wings, hate the service. 9 times out of 10 I end up waiting forever to get my waiter to come over to the table.

This one is kinda smaller than other BW3s. It has Sam Adams Cherry Wheat on tap! Awesome! Everything is great here.

Love this place. ausme for the wings fans n those who luv chicken wings so much. love there variety of sauce to match with the chicken. good place to hangout with ur sports buddy having a good protector to watch some sports.
Note– beautiful girls to serve beer and really hot wings as thy look hot too with the football jersey on them thy all look smoking hot.

The worst place to go for an event. Our party waited over 2 hours for a table. Watched as the host took bribes to move groups to the front of the line. We complained to the manager but he didn’t stop it. People even climbed over the patio wall and took tables but the manager refused to kick them out.

How do I start with this? I have been here twice and each time I go, I receive terrible service. I am a totally patient person because I’ve worked in customer service FOR-​EVER so being dissatisfied is just not in my words. I went later in the evening both times around 9ish. Never been too busy so okay perfect. Should be appropriate wait staff and from the looks of it, there was. Every time I’ve ordered a drink it’s always forgotten. I’ve had to wait until they came back around to say «Ummmm…can I have my drink»?.. while everyone had their drink delivered. Again, okay one time. No big deal. This has happened every time I requested a drink. Since we were with a group of people, when one person was ordering a refill the girl would hurry up and leave when I would like to request a drink. Why wouldn’t you look around, ask someone who doesn’t have a drink if they wanted one. Simple as that. On top of that, they just automatically brought out the tab. It really just left a bad taste in my mouth both times. Oh yes, last rant. They have an outdoor patio which is dope. I love going to places like that. Now it’s so nice BUT they use it strictly as the designated smoking area. You know how much more business they would have because of that factor. It definitely deterred me from going there in the future. Granted, I’m sure I’ll go back because it’s merely B. Dubs, but it’s just so frustrating. Go somewhere else that offers better wings and service.

The customer service is garbage. Worst bdubs I’ve been to. If it wasn’t for the wings being well coated in sauce, I would rate this bdubs a one star. They need to kick out half of the staff and fire some managers.

The multiple TV’s on different stations make me feel a little schizophrenic but it’s still a fun environment. I had the «Garden Crasher» appetizer & loved it!

Typical BWW food with good service. I come here when traveling into town on business. Consistent.

Very medicore. Decent wings, but the service on an NFL Sunday was shameful. As a former waiter, I have no problem saying that. Perhaps it was one bad shift.

Buffalo Wild Wings is my favorite 5:01 destination. As long as the Parmasien Garlic wings remain on the menu I will continue to return. I also enjoy the Buffalo Chips with Cheese. I enjoy the beer specials and normally recieve good service but there was a time when they refused to put tables together to accommodate my softball team. That is really a mistake on their part because we are great at eating and drinking, not really at softball.

Best wings around!!! Fantastic place to watch any sport. Service is a little slow but the food makes up for it.

I’m typically not a fan of the sports bar scene and this is only my second time at Buffalo. Since this is a chain restaurant I don’t expect anything special and it wasn’t… The waitress was super-​cool & service was fast. I just had a sampler appetizer and it was really good. My sex-​on-​the-​beach was on point and I even asked for another (usually I never ask for a second drink).
Overall, it was a good time :-)

Holy cow these dry, nasty wings were HORRIBLE! Yuck! The worst wings I have ever eaten. And what I don’t get is why. I have been to other BWW locations and their wings were no where near this bad. You would think that the food would be exactly the same since it is a chain, but I guess not.
Blech, blech, BLECH.
I don’t care if it was an «off» day, this was inexcusably bad.

If you have never been to a «B-​Dubs», you are missing out. Great place lunch or to watch a game. The wings are great as you would expect as well as their other entres with chicken. Try the Blazin wings if u like really hot wings. The service at this location was great at lunch when I was there as well.

If you’ve been to one before you get the general idea of what to expect. The newly opened location is much bigger, brighter and has a ton of TVs. It’s a good place to grab some wings and a beer with friends. I suggest taking advantage of their wing nights, Tuesdays for original and Thursday for boneless. Without that discount your bill can grow quickly.

Tuesday nights at BW3 has always been a fun experience for me. Maybe its the $ 2.75 mug beer special that’s offered at the surprisingly well stocked bar or the sharp and knowledgeable bartenders.
Or maybe its the big screen TVs that line the entire side wall of the building. I do mean larger than life big-​screen-​that-​makes-​people-​on-​the-​screen-​look-​bigger-​than-​people-​in-​the-​bar big. Definitely great for game night when you want a change of scenery from «da Way».
Or maybe its the pool tables that attract me there. Or the jukebox that always seem to play throwback songs that leave you feeling a sense of nostalgia for the fun and carefree spirit we all had back in the day.
I wonder what makes me come to B-​Dubs…
Duhh… Its the frickin chicken!!! What the chicken pieces lack in size, they definitely make up for in flavor. I like spicy food, so I love the Blazin’ wings. But beware. That particular flavor is not for the faint-​hearted. If you can’t handle spicy food for whatever reason, maybe cos you wear a skirt… literally and metaphorically… there are many other tasty flavors for you to try out. And those little buzzer things they give you to notify you when the chicken is ready just makes the experience more fun!
I don’t know what happens there other nights, but on Tuesdays… I’m soooo there!
ps: I’ve always wondered whats up with the nickname BW3… there’s only 2 W’s in Buffalo Wild Wings. What gives?

BW-​3 is one of the best restaurants ever. I advise you to sit down with some chicken bathed in medium sauce and a basket of buffalo chips or potato wedges. Just enjoy the barbecue goodness. Lick your fingers. Ignore the awful viewing angle on their outdated projection screen TVs. Play some trivia. Eschew the wet-​nap and lick your fingers again.
If you are in the mood for chicken wings, there is no place on Planet Earth that provides a better experience. All hail BW-​3!

Now I love me some good chicken wings. Actually, give me some fried chicken, chicken wings, buffalo wings, boneless wings and I’m a happy camper.
Being from CA, I wondered just how good a restaurant in the middle of a town called ‘Kalamazoo’ could actually be, but my boyfriend assured me. I enjoyed myself. I ate a few too many HOTT buffalo wings, but my ice cold brew washed them down nicely. I liked the big screens to watch the games. Overall good experience. There is life in the midwest!
