This place is good and my ohana and I are completely hooked! There is always a line and sometimes it takes awhile to get your order in, but the girls are always friendly. The kalua pig nachos is a must eat, it is so ono! We have tried almost every specialty shaved ice combo and drink off their menu and the prices are so cheap compared to the huge sizes they give you. Nice place to stop by after a hot day at the beach.

While visiting the Big Island on our one week vacation, we were on a mission to find Shaved Ice in Hawaii! Found this place in a shopping center and it did not disappoint. I got the haupia w/​coconut strips with half strawberry and half coconut and it was the best Shave Ice (Hawaiians say Shave and not Shaved) I have ever had — the flavors were spot on and delicious! The shave ice was soft and smooth and not like ice but more like snow. I’m back in California and it does not compare to what I had in Hawaii that day. This place will be the place that I will compare all others to.

The place is a shack w benches and tables in public seating area. Amazing treats come outa here tho, the halo halo w all fixins rules the day. Man a great place to stop when temps get over 80 – like every day man!

The shave ice is hottest seller. Had a chili bowl which was okay. The sitting area is pretty dirty probably from all of the shave ice eaters. They need to shoot it down and sweep it up once in a while. Also lots of homeless hangout and they feed the birds. Not good.

I liked this cute little place. I ordered shaved ice + ice cream and my flavors were dreamsicle, mango, and cappuccino. (There were tons of flavors to choose from.)
The small size was really generous. The shaved ice was smooth and not the slightest bit hard or clumpy. Not to knock Snoopy, but this was way better than the snow cones my Snoopy snow cone maker used to make.

If you like Pineapple, then you will like the Dole Pineapple Whip.
Good Toppings: mochi.
Unfortunately, I found the topping lacking in variety and the self-​serve flavors «okay». I have definitely had better. But I will say that I enjoyed the Dole Pineapple Whip the best and will likely have it again before going back to the mainland.
3 stars due to the lack of toppings and just so-​so fro-​yo/​ice cream/​sorbet.

So refreshing and delicious on a hot day. A multitude of flavors and be sure to get the vanilla ice cream added. It tastes like a milkshake by the time that you reach the ice cream.

this place is soooooo good!
i went with my boyfriend on the way back to the airport to go home.; (
he got a root beer shaved ice, and feeling adventurous, i got the #2: strawberry shaved ice over vanilla ice cream with azuki beans on top. really, really incredibly delicious. if i lived way closer, i’m sure i would be there multiple times a week. back home, i’ve found myself daydreaming about it.

Shave ice doesn’t get any better than this. My two favorite flavors are the strawberry w/​azuki and the haupia w/​coconut strips. The shave ice is creamy and comes with vanilla ice cream underneath. I’ve also tried the halo halo, but it really shouldn’t be considered shave ice. It merely had shaved ice in it.
