Nook & Cranny

Back in February, a few of my friends stayed at one of the vacation rental houses that Nook & Cranny clean. When we arrived, the house was very clean. Everything was perfect. However, what really impressed me about Nook & Cranny wasn’t how clean the house was but how well they handled an issue I had after we checked out. In a rush to leave for the airport the day we checked out, I accidentally left my iPad in one of the bedrooms and didn’t notice it until I had already arrived back in California. Thankfully, after making a few phone calls, I was able to reach Candas at Nook & Cranny who handled the situation very professionally. To my delight, she had found the iPad and was awaiting my information to ship it back to me. A few days later, I received the shipment and was back in business. Thank you for taking care of the situation so quickly!

I have been using Nook & Cranny cleaning service for over four years. We have vacation rentals Candi and her crew clean as well as our own home. The service is great and this starts from the way Candi runs her crew. They are reliable, trusting, friendly and do a great job cleaning whatever it is you need done. If they are running a little late or a little early I always receive a phone call letting me know that. They really do care about your time as well as all your cleaning needs. I’ve tried other cleaning companies and I have to honestly say they just don’t measure up. Candi takes pride in her business and it shines through in the crew that works with her.

Candas and the team at Nook & Cranny have been caring for my vacation rental house for over a year now. They do a great job (lots of compliments from my guests about how clean the house is) and always go the extra mile to help a remote homeowner. Candas has purchased cleaning items for me, replaced throw rugs that needed it, made safe items left by guests and always communicates with me right away about any issues. As a vacation rental owner I was lucky to find Nook & Cranny. Great job Candas!

I used them for several months and the service was adequate. However, the service deteriorated after a while. The pricing was reasonable but then with poor service, it wasn’t. I would not recommend.

Hey Candi! Who could not love a clean house, especially when others do the cleaning? FYI: Nook & Cranny’s headquarters in Kailua is also a mini-​post office without the lines.
