I used them three times. The first two times my clothes came back so-so. I just took my ironing in so the cleaning was fine. Looked like a ten year old ironed my clothes! The third time was the decision for me NEVER to use them again. After I paid for my ironing I got home and realized they had ripped the bottom of my $ 98.00 Jams World pants. This without saying a word. There was a piece of tape on the bottom of the hem which the gal pointed out as I picked them up but she told me the tape was there to remind her to ask me how the pants looked. I don’t think so. The tape was there to alert me of a rip. which she didn’t. I’ll never return there again.

THEYJUSTLOST A GOODCUSTOMER… My husband and I moved over to Kailua from Kaneohe. I looked up Hakuyosha and looked at all the awards they have posted on their site and thought I would give it a try. I was happy the first couple of times and thought the staff was very friendly. Last month a few shirts came back with a few crease lines and they also missed a button I had asked them to fix but it was forgivable. Well, on May 10th I dropped off 8 items to be picked up on May 14th. I went to pick up the items and there were 2 Tommy Bahama shirts missing. I helped her look through all the hanging shirts for about 20 minutes when we finally gave up. She said she would call me as soon as she found them. She called me May 16th to let me know she still had no luck and that hopefully the woman who works there on a normal basis would find them when she came back from vacation by Friday. My husband was not too happy about this in fear of his Tommy shirts being gone but we had no choice but to hang tight. The other worker finally called me on the 19th to let me know she found the shirts. No harm, no foul. I liked her so I would have still forgiven her. We get there and one of the shirts had something hard and splattered on the front. We tried to pick it off but it wasn’t budging and both sides of the shirt looked like it wasn’t cleaned at all. Now we were a little upset. She said she would run it through again but if we wanted to take our other shirt home we had to pay for both shirts right now. We were stunned. We already paid $ 40 for the 6 items and had to wait it out and come back a week LATE for our 2 missing shirts. One was filthy and we still have to pay FULL price for a shirt we won’t get back until May 22nd??? REALLY? All she had to do was show some kind of remorse and at least give us one credit for the $ 10 she just charged us for a dirty shirt I have to drive back TWICE for. Amazing to me that she would rather loose two life time customers over one shirt. We even had 3 more shirts in hand to give her at that time! After that my husband asked for the shirts we were going to leave with them back so we could take our business elsewhere. I hate doing that and I have never taken the time to write such a review but this made me really mad because I am a good, easy customer who likes to spend money. I’m writing this as a dead honest review. Thank you.
