Went here yesterday to check out some lights for my car forgot dudes name but he had to be the owner of the shop went in to ask some question and came out with some good answers business was legit price was reasonable and the work was fast and clean. Love my lights HID and LED for the inside of my car.

I came to get the driver’s side and rear door lock actuators replaced since they were broken. They quickly figured out the problem and explained it all to me. I had to bring the car back since the entire door lock mechanism was broken but if it had been just the actuators, it would have only taken about 30 minutes.
Great work and honest folks. They showed me each broken part and I could watch them working in the large bay as well so I felt comfortable.

I just wanna say that Ata and his staff are amazing at what they do… I got my entire system from this shop and they installed it the all in the same day and i love it. I always recommend them to all my friends and family.

Went in for an alarm remote. They charged me $ 54. When I got home I looked up the remote and found same remote for $ 20. Not cool! I guess i shoulda done my homework! Buyer Beware… but lesson learned and i hope this will teach others of my mistake. If the markup for this is double, I would think much of the same for work and other products! Aloha!

Came here to buy an aftermarket stereo so that i could add an amp, after 2 hours they told me that they couldn’t do it because i had a problem with my stock amp (toyota jbl system). Okay, no problem right, so i asked them to reinstall my stock head unit and refund my money. Apparently, they broke my stock head unit. So i drove in with a working radio, and 2 hours later, I’m down $ 400 with a broken radio. Apparently instead of using a PAC TATO to install an aftermarket deck, i need to have them bypass my amp for the install. They didn’t change the price, they just charged me $ 80 for the bypass instead of the TATO unit. Normally that wouldn’t be so irritating, except for the fact that i ended up waiting around 3.5 hours total for a deck installation. I guess they spent about 2 hours trying to figure out who they’d blame for breaking/​shorting out my stock deck.

These guys were super helpful. I had a speaker that kept shorting out. They quickly identified and fixed the problem (turns out the trunk bars were out of line and kept touching the speaker wires). I will definitely go back to this shop if I have car audio needs in the future.

I needed an inexpensive pair of car speakers and several coworkers recommended this business. The store is not aesthetically pleasing (boxes everywhere and dusty) but that was more than made up for in service. I bought a decent set of speakers with free installation (no pressure to buy up or get more than what I needed) and they installed them on the spot I am very pleased with the sound and the quality of work they provided. Will recommend to friends.

Excellent experience. Installation was top notch and the installers were able to integrate a factory-​installed rear view camera into my new head unit. Unbeatable prices and flawless installs. I will be using them for all my car audio needs. Highest recommendations from a harsh critic. Customer service was outstanding.

I asked them to install a cable to my existing stereo, allowing me to connect an iPhone for playing music. The first installation was done incorrectly, causing the cable to crimp and the sound to cut out in the first month. I went back and they installed a duplicate cable to repair the poor installation, paying only for the new cable.
Within 4 weeks the new cable crimped again, at the end that connects with my phone. I am using the cable well within regular use guidelines, which makes me believe they recommended a sub-​par product. I went back again and asked them to fix it. They would only discuss an «upgrade» to a $ 75 cable or a $ 360 Bluetooth stereo (which I clearly expressed I wasn’t interested in). They would not help me resolve the defective part they recommended and installed in my vehicle only one month prior.
Although I feel that it’s their responsibility to fix my installation, I will be taking my car elsewhere so I don’t have to continue to pay for poor workmanship and parts.
I do not recommend this vendor based on lack of expertise, poor quality of parts, and poor customer service.

I’ve been here a few times now. Once a couple years ago to put in my stereo and more recently to check out capacitors and grab a few small parts. The shop is pretty full of all kinds of audio equipment and has an assortment of different brands to choose from. The work they did on my stereo is still solid and they have been helpful the last couple times I visited. One thing that is nice is that they didn’t try and pressure me into buying anything (I feel like a lot of shops like this try and do that). With its close proximity to me I will continue coming here for any odds and ends I may need.
