The staff is extremely helpful, all very knowledgeable about price and value of each shoe. I felt as if they were 100% devoted to each customer no matter how many they had at a time. The shoe selection was typical of any pay less, broad abd easy to find. Definitely my go to place for vacation footwear

we stopped at this payless to see if by chance we could find water shoes. score, we did. they were a little on the expensive side but well worth it becasue the quality was surprisigngly better than what we saw at wal mart and much cheaper than what we saw at sports authority.
it also helped that the cashier was super helpful and friendly :)

Typical Payless Store. Well organized and clean. The girl working here (I think her name is Brandy) is friendly and very helpful. She came by to let us know about the BOGO event they were having.
This is a good place to come to when you forget to pack certain types of shoes. For us it was hiking shoes.
It’s located in a shopping strip (Kona Coast Shopping Center) which has a lot of restaurants and stores. Very convenient spot.
