AMB Furniture is amazing! At first I was hesitant because the prices were so low, and I thought it would not be legit, but we decided to bite the bullet and purchased a very beautiful and authentic marble table of off them. We were able to pick up the item within couple days. People on the site were really helpful. The customer service is amazing! Answered my call and remembered who I was. After we assembled the product, my dad and I found that two of the chairs were damaged. So I called AMB asking for an exchange. The customer service throughout the process was amazing! They helped me out and answered my calls and also personally delivered the item to us. Our experience with AMB has been amazing! They are the best!

Saw a sofa sectional my wife and I loved on their website. Warehouse is a bit of drive for us, so we needed to make a weekend appointment to see the product before we buy. Website clearly says that they are open on weekdays only, but available through appointment only on weekends. Then it provides a phone number and email to arrange this. I emailed my request and the thread went as follows:
ME: «I’m interested in the [PRODUCT] as seen here [LINK TO PRODUCT] and would like to arrange a time for my wife and I to come into the showroom and see/​feel this product. I read on your website that weekend showroom visits are by appointment only. We’d like to make an appointment for this Saturday or Sunday. Could you call me back or email at you earliest convenience… Thank you.»
AMB: «Sorry we are not a showroom location we are just an online website we do not showroom all these items. Anthony.»
ME: «Thanks for the quick reply, Anthony. Maybe you can help clear up why the website says,
Warehouse and Clearance showroom (only clearance items available to view) Our warehouse hours are: Monday — Friday10:00 am — 5:00 pm Pacific Time Customer service hours may vary slightly. By appointments only on weekends.» (Then gives this email.)
AMB: «It is a Clearance showroom, not a showroom for all the items on our site, we have over 20,000. Anthony.»
ME: «Anthony, Your answers literally seem to be just turning me around and sending me out into the unknown without answering the root of my questions. I was under the impression my item in question was a clearance item. If not, I apologize. How would I go about making an appointment to visit your clearance showroom on a weekend to see a clearance item that exists in your clearance showroom?»
No response.
In the time it took to fight through this customer service nightmare. I discovered the same sofa sectional at Living Space for $ 100 less and in my own neighborhood.
So, not meaning to be too passive aggressive: Thank you Anthony, for making my initial experience with A.M.B. just difficult enough to start looking elsewhere for my product. Without this experience, I probably would not have found a better deal with a better company.
To be clear on what I expected: Decent, thorough customer service that leaves me feeling like I am getting the answers I need and giving my business to the right company. What I got was someone repeatedly saying, «It’s not my problem.» Unfortunately «Anthony» represented my introduction to the company. And that’s a shame.

Anyone who wrote a 5 star review on this company must work here. They are horrendous from A to Z.
They have great prices but when you get your furniture, you will see why. You may even find yourself thinking you overpaid after you see what arrives.
The quality of their furniture is horrendous, you would think Helen Keller was there building it. One of the leg pegs wouldn’t stay in place, the overlay material was stapled and half the staples were off, you could literally feel the wood sticking out in the cushion. Really bad quality overall.
Bought furniture from them through Sears and a huge mistake, I refused to deal with them anymore and Sears let me donate the furniture to Salvation Army and get a refund.

I genuinely think the customer service representative replied my email from his phone, just before finishing his bathroom break (nicely put). Awful customer service. I was not helped in any way and I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Just bought a 3 piece sofa set from AMB. Not only was the price the very best (we checked numerous places) — the customer service is outstanding. Nice to see a business who is respectful to the customers… I would definitely recommend this place to all who wants a fair price and good service. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

I just bought the Conner 7-​piece dining set from AMB Furniture and Design. I did a lot of research on the internet prior to buying this set and determined that, even though the shipping price seemed steep, the overall price was competitive with other sites. The set arrived at my door within a week. It was packaged very well and none of the pieces were damaged. The set required about three hours of assembly time (the chairs took longer than the table to put together), but it was not too difficult. The quality of the furniture was good and, once assembled, it looked exactly as pictured on the AMB Furniture web site. I really like the dining set and expect that my family and I will get very good use out of it for many years. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase and will probably order again from AMB Furniture in the future.

I recently bought a sofa recliner set from Amb furniture. I just adored the sofa set. They delivered it to me and put it in the room it wanted it in. I was so happy. :-) Great customer service.

AMB has the best prices by far. I was about to pay $ 300 more for my sectional before I found out about this place.
The staff is also super helpful and really patient.
Best experience buying furniture and would definitely buy from them again.
P.S.
If your buying the Samara sectional. The backing to the loveseat is found on the bottom side of the couch under the center console. They packed it that way so it saves space.
