I would give it zero stars if I could. I ordered a comforter set through Amazon. I washed the bed ruffle according to the instructions and it was ruined. They sent a replacement and asked me to check for other damages which I did. They also told me «not» to follow the washing instructions on the product(?). I received the new ruffle and went to put everything on my bed. I put the comforter on and it barely reached the edges. Bait and switch. Shows you something and sends you something that doesn’t work once they get your money. I contacted Amazon and am in the process of filing a complaint. I was told by the company that they will not refund my money as I already said everything was fine, which I did not. I inspected for damages only. Amazon originally wanted me to contact King Linen, however, I explained to them that my contract is between Amazon and I. Their contract is with the 3rd party so they need to deal with them. I was told the owner of King Linen is Nancy Wang. I am proceeding to file as many complaints as I can to prevent them from doing this to anyone else. What they do is against the law. They cannot put care instructions on a product that should not be followed and they cannot advertise what is not sent.

This is yet another time I should have checked with Unilocal.But I bought through Amazon and they used thus awful business. So we need to let Amazon know this is a business they don’t want to be connected to. I ordered a comforter set, opened it, laid it out on bed, and it did not fit. I put it back in the pkg and sent back. They only want to refund 70%, who charges 30% restocking fee?! They said it had a slight smell. I do have an aromatherapy diffuser in the room where I opened the pkg, which is a good smell, but they apparently have issues with smells, see all the other reviews. I’m contacting Amazon to file a complaint.

Buyer Beware!!! I purchased a comforter set from King Linen. When I opened the package the comforter looked and smelled used and the strong smell made me instantly break out in hives when I touched it. I put it right back in the packaging. I called in to return the product, but the company refused to take it back because we opened the package and they considered it used even though we didn’t even actually use it. I still have hives all over my arms and hands just from touching the dirty material. I wish I had read the Unilocal reviews before purchasing a comforter set here. Being 8 months pregnant I have a strong nose. The smell was that of chemicals and musk. The representative on the phone yelled at me when I tried to explain why we wanted to return the comforter set. I do not want to keep a used comforter set that smells like harmful chemicals or perfume because someone else used it and tried to make it smell new.

Stay away from King Linen. We bought a comforter set from them. When it arrived the comforter had a funny smell. But we liked the color and pattern, so we washed the comforter. It basically fell apart. When we contacted them they said it couldn’t be returned because it had been washed. Bedding should be able to stand up to more than one washing.

Very poor quality. Purchased a bedspread. Loved color, but the quality was bad. Wrinkled, crumpled and so slippery it wouldn’t stay on the bed. I called to ask about return policy. They asked if I removed any tags… I did not, and for that matter, I never used the set. I knew immediately that I didn’t like it. Repacked it, hauled it to UPS. A few days later, they told me I was only getting a 60% refund because it was USEDANDSTAINED! There were no stains on it when I returned it and it was certainly not used. I finally went to Macy’s and got what I paid for with the«comfort» in knowing they stand behind their merchandise.

I paid for a bedding set to be sent to Hawaii. They made me pay the post office $ 45 because they shorted the shipping. So, I waited another week until I could get a day off to go to post ofc. I got to post ofc and ATM machine was down so, I paid almost $ 10 in fees. Went back to major busy post ofc and this ordeal cost an hour of my time. Paid the fee and haggled a week to get reimbursed. One of the pillows was torn. Such a horrible nightmare experience I will NEVER buy again! RIDICULOUS

King linen has no integrity. They sent me the wrong comforter and I had to pay for return shipping for their mistake. Then a week after they had received my return they said it was washed or used and that they would not give me a refund because the product was in unacceptable condition. I didn’t even open the comforter it wasn’t what I ordered and they refused to give me a full refund because the comforter was used. Either they sent me a used comforter or they are just trying to steal my money. I only lost about $ 12 from that but its the principal of the situation and they did NOTHING to make it right. They said there was nothing they could do because the product had been disposed of. I then asked why they didn’t contact me before they disposed the item. The lady just kept making excuses and couldn’t give me a straight answer. I know for a fact she knew I was right and wouldn’t do anything about it. I am soooo unhappy with the way I was treated by this company and that they stole my money. I lost almost $ 60 between shipping both ways and the money they took from them sending me a used item that I NEVER touched. All of which was THEIR mistake. I will do everything I can to keep spreading the word about this horrible dishonest company that steals from their customers.

Best product for Homeless If you don’t want good quality then this product is for you. If you live in a small village in Africa or China and cannot get anything better… then this product is for you. I am shocked that they even get away with selling this product in America. There should be quality control standards, so that companies can not completely rip you off like King Linen. I ordered 3 different comforter sets for holiday gifts and couldn’t bring myself to give them to my family or friends. The quality was, not even lacking, just absent all together. I read reviews before ordering, but thought«they have way more positive reviews than negative» so I bought the product anyway… DONOTBUYTHISPRODUCT! and Do not believe good reviews. Either it was done by people in the company or from people that have NEVER seen«decent» quality before. This product is far less than decent. I never write reviews, but this really got to me… how I felt SO ripped off. Hope this helped!
