Hostile staff! I asked for a receipt showing I had dropped off my UPS overnight package and they looked at me like I was crazy. When I told them that other UPS stores gave me a receipt, they said basically tough luck, we don’t do that here. They said I should take a picture of the shipping label. I already have that as I printed it from my pc. They actually argued with me about it. Worst customer service experience I’ve had down here in South Florida. Reminded me of some of my least favorite FedEx/​UPS experiences when I lived in New York City. Avoid if possible. The UPS store on Indiantown Road is much more pleasant and offers better service.
