Papa John’s Pizza

At 9pm on a Tuesday night we placed an online order and received a response that it would be 30 – 40 minutes. At 10pm we called and were told they were slammed but it was out for delivery. At 10:30pm we called again and were told the same thing. Pizza didn’t arrive until after 11:15pm. No apology nothing. I contacted the corporate office 3 times and was told the local operator would contact me. Didn’t happen. They lost a customer

Usually always have a good experience but not this time. Never going back. Ordered the large 5 topping $ 9.99 deal and a 2 liter for under $ 3 and somehow I paid with a $ 20 and only received a dollar back? My mistake for trusting an employee to do their job. What an idiot

I am 66 and have never gone to a Papa John’s.
I never appreciated my good fortune until last night.
If you have ever had OK or good or very good pizza not do go to Papa John’s
I got sucked in by their buy one get one for $.50. It cost me $ 12,50 for 2 large cheese pizza’s.
If they were going to pay me to eat the 2 pizza’s for $ 12.50 after eating one slice I would do not do it.
The place does not have a sign that was lit up. It took me 20 minutes to find it and I was using navigation. I have never had to show an ID to use my credit card. They need one.
Most importantly the dough, the sauce and cheese are each by themselves taste less and as a total pizza pie are a complete disappointment.
They have very nice, hard working and friendly people working there. Other than this my purchase was an abuse of my time, effort and money.

This is now two orders that have gone wrong with this place. Last time I ordered a thin crust pizza. The crust was so burnt, we could barely eat the pizza. Now the second time ordering, the lack of description created a horrible experience. Waste of money!!! could not eat the pizza due to BBQ sauce on the pizza. It was gross. Thought I read enough about the pizza before ordering, but I guess I did not. I would never use BBQ on a pizza!!! Do not order the big bonanza!!! Unless you really like BBQ sauce…

Always good quality and good service from this Papa John’s.
