Wow! I’ve been meaning to go to this place for the longest. So when I got the opportunity to be in the area, I made sure we came here for dinner and it sure definitely did not disappoint. I got the sweet potato crusted snapper and hubby went for the seafood chowder. It was delicious! The service was great so as the patrons we sat next to.(Two thumbs up)

I have never been so impressed with a restaurant in my life. From the moment we wakes in, the vibrantly painted hues of the interior immediately improved my attitude. They offer local craft beer on tap and live music, so the place is always poppin’! Not to mention the live music is ASTOUNDING, not your average Joe strumming on the guitar. What I especially loved was the custom daily menu featuring various crusted fish over a plethora of lettuce and topping choices. I had the Triple Tail with sweet potato crust and I can’t stop dreaming about it! We also tried the Brussels sprouts as an appetizer and were amazing also.

Leftovers and Food Shack are the two places I recommend repeatedly. Menu changes twice daily, all fresh ingredients and unique dishes. Portions are huge, you will bring half home and plan your next trip after eating there!

One of our favorite places in South Florida! Innovative/delicious food, skilled/delightful staff w a cheerful/bright décor! We’ve found everything is good. The chefs are creative so the menu changes w some constant items. If you like fish, the sweet potato encrusted dish is phenomenal! There are several fish options. Today, we chose the yellowtail($ 16) & it came fresh, hot out of the kitchen & full of so many flavors! We literally cleaned the plate(seriously, it was entry). We can’t wait to come back! Note: It’s a bit of a wait but well worth it.

This is 2nd time here and food was great. I had the fish taco which was more of a blacken fish burrito. The fresh air out side with the Dailey special menu will keep you full and happy. One thing that is a must is the banana spring roll. The dessert from heaven

My choice for birthday lunch, came up from Ft.Lauderdale. I was anticipating awesome flavor combos, fresh seafood selections, wonderful table service and leftovers, I gotta tell ya, they exceeded my expectations! Sooo good. I love this place. this a foodies delight. Creativity and flavor combinations that I would never have thought would work but seamlessly blend nicely. Only miss on my list of anticipation is not having any leftovers! Ate every last green on my plate. Fruit was sooo fresh crisp wow I am still going on about this place . I have been here before but since relocating down south, it’s become a place where I miss when I am trying to find a place in fort Lauderdale with the same kind flare. Keep come and cook on ! You guys are doing it righteous ! Prices and services, fresh seasonal ingredients. Best birthday … yey Me !

The grown up Mac and cheese is something you need to have once in your life, I can’t help myself but order it every time I come here. The atmosphere and staff are all so warm and welcoming I’ve never had a bad experience here.

This was the first stop I made for food in West Palm and unfortunately, my husband over-hyped it. When we visited, it was packed. Luckily the waitstaff turn over tables quickly and we were seated within 15 minutes. They had a bar with a good selection of beer to keep us preoccupied while we waited. There was also a band playing, keeping the mood energetic. They’re known for fried fish on a bed of raw greens. The fish was fresh and the greens were not wilted but clearly from a bag which is expected of place equivalent to a Chili’s /Applebees. Per the usual, I requested that the dressing be placed on the side and this exposed the greasiness of the fish on top. The greens below the fish were coated in oil. I would not opt to go back this place but from the dining experience at Leftovers, I gathered some great ideas on how to repurpose my leftovers at home! The portion size is not large but enough to satiate average appetites.

So many options to chose here. Busy little restaurant but worth the wait. My favorite is the fish sandwich in a pita. Nice salads. The smores pie is amazingly delicious I have been for lunch and dinner. Lunch is my favorite for this spot

After finding this place on Unilocal,I decided to take the 5 minute drive over from my hotel and treat myself to something different. The place was packed– Even on a Wednesday night. Luckily it was just me so I was seated right away facing the kitchen. This place is nothing glamorous at all– I fit right in wearing jeans and a t-shirt– but wow does it have personality! It’s bustling with movement and there’s live entertainment. I went for the grown up mac and cheese and was not the least bit disappointed! I even had the people next to me making comments about how good it looked. The portion is so large that I’m going to have enough for breakfast lunch and dinner tomorrow! I will definitely be back here– especially to try the sweet potato crusted fish. Oh, and the service was spectacular. They seemed to have hired the nicest college kids they could find– and hardworking too. Well deserved 5 stars!

We’ve eaten here five or six times and this place never disappoints; just as good as their other restaurant, The Food Shack. Stopped by today for lunch and ordered the blackened mahi mahi wrap with tandoori sauce and coconut rice, and my partner had the burger and fries. Both entrees came with their pickled cucumber salad too. The fish was done perfectly and the tandoori sauce was delicious with the right amount of heat. The burger was big and also cooked perfectly. The staff is always friendly; their menu choices are extensive and creative(especially if you like fish) and they always have a lot daily specials to choose from.

Only visited once but just as good as The Food Shack. They have pretty much the same menu and I am a huge fan of the Shack. Fish is always fresh and the best portions of salad with dressings to compliment the fish. The desserts are to die for, try the crème brûlée cheesecake!

Really good stuff and live music to boot. Very eclectic menu actually pretty reasonable the fish stew was super fresh any other resturant would’ve been at least $ 25+ 14 bucks… Bonus! The place apparently jams up with a big wait during season but we got lucky and rolled right in when we were leaving they were 40wait. Good value good quality and a friendly group of staff a winner

Leftovers is an exact replica of Little Moir’s Food Shack, only bigger. The friendly, enthusiastic, always engaging owner, Mike, has done a beautiful job of creating another well-run restaurant. It is so well run, that we found him cleaning tables on this visit because he has hired so many capable employees to do all the other jobs perfectly! Food is unique and out of this world good! You won’t find dishes like these anywhere else! We will always come back for more! We like to sit at the counter and watch the talented cooks work!

Some seriously good food. I heard that it’s the same owners as the nearby hit The Food Shack(unsure). We had to wait for forty minutes for a table so just be in the mood to hang out with a beer by the bar as you wait. Everyone recommends the sweet potato breaded fish. I agree. It was fantastic. A slightly sweet breading seemingly deep fried but lightly. The fish was buttery and flakey. A friend had the chicken version and it was also great(and much cheaper). The bbq chips for a appetizer was also a hit. Other hours were the phad Thai and the coconut curry bowl. I’m pretty sure you can’t go wrong though.

The next step of the food shack. Must go! This place is fantastic. Bigger and brighter but the food is just as great! This place does get backed up due to high demand so come early or late for the least wait. Specials change twice a day. After 20+ trips with different items every trip, I was never disappointed. They had a fish spread for a special one meal — it was the best fish spread I have ever had, unfortunately it was never on the menu that I saw when I came back. If you see it — get it! Pro-tip — try the adult mac n cheese HOLYCRAP!

We went 30 minutes before close, granted there was no wait. There was live music and the service was prompt and friendly. I ordered the sweet potatoe crusted fish(you can choose any kind of fish they serve I chose salmon) over a bed of greens with fruit and ranch dressing. The flavors danced in my mouth like a mango doing the tango. The texture of the dish was wonderful. My bf ordered the chicken pad Thai. The waitress said it was one of her favorite, being a pad Thai connoisseur I was highly impressed with the flavor! It was loaded with fresh vegitables but the chicken was a little dry. For dessert we ordered the white chocolate coconut crème brûlée cheesecake. The dessert menu here is creative and delicious. If you like crème brûlée and cheesecake don’t miss this! We usually visit The Food Shack, which is Leftovers sister restaurant. Pretty much the same menu with delicious food and such a cute and funky atmosphere! They accommodated our large group of 12 with no problem,(although we were there a bit early) but they don’t take reservations. They had an awesome three piece band playing old and new favorites and it wasn’t too loud. The menu is full of fresh seafood options from fish, to crabcakes, to various shellfish. We started with the fried tuna and basil roll. It was fantastic and served over a fresh fruit salad with a wasabi cream sauce. We actually ate two orders, I wouldn’t skip it. You pick your protein and you can choose your choice of crust. The crusts are dense and crispy and compliment the mild fish options really well. The concept of crusting the fish and serving over a light salad is great. The daily specials the night we went ranged from sweet potato to red beet and goat cheese to horseradish. I chose the loaded potato(with bacon cheese and onion on an enormous ahi tuna steak. It was served over a Caesar salad and was ridiculously good. My SO had the sweet potato crusted hogfish, it was a very mild white fish. Others in our group raved endlessly over the sweet and spicy soup which seems to be a take on a red curried soup and served with a local catch or other protein option. The«adult Mac and cheese» was ridiculously good too, it is made with a sriracha cream sauce. I forgot to mention the extensive craft beer selection. It was on point… I tried a tangerine wheat. The wine list was pretty long as well and the mixed drinks looked fun! For dessert I got a crème brûlée cheesecake to go. It had a curried crust and was a little strange but I ate all of it, of course. We will be back when we’re in south Florida again, for SURE!

A few do’s & don’ts about eating at Little Moir’s Leftovers Café: 1. Do not go if you are not prepared for a significant wait. 2. Do not go if you are looking for dressy, elegant dining. 3. Do not go if you are looking for quiet, romantic dining. 4. Do not go if you like run of the mill, bland food. 5. Do go if you like eclectic and creative food. 6. Do go if you are looking for a lively, fun atmosphere(and live music!) 7. Do go if you want a place where you can feel comfortable in shorts and flip flops! 8. Do not miss Leftovers if you are in Jupiter! I had eaten lunch at Leftovers a few years ago and was itching to get back. So when we were in Jupiter for a lacrosse tournament, we jumped at the opportunity. We actually first tried Leftover’s sister restaurant, the Food Shack but there was an hour and a half wait! At Leftovers we waited about 45 minutes for our table. Leftovers is a small place with a mix of high tops, low tops, counter, indoor, and outdoor seating. The walls are covered with colorful paintings and snapshots. The staff is very friendly and deals with the crowds efficiently. The star here though is the eclectic and creative menu. There is a regular typed menu but every day there is a handwritten menu of specials, which always includes an array of fresh fish. You can get the fish prepared in a multitude of ways but one of the most popular, and a staple on the menu, is the Sweet Potato Crusted. The price will depend on the type of fish, but for what you get, the prices are all reasonable. Husband had Tripletail($ 27). In his words it was«wow», a huge portion of fish over a delicious salad with key lime lime & garlic dressing. The fish itself was prepared perfectly. The delicate fish was perfectly balanced with the crispy sweet potato crust. The specials menu always has some type of «Fish Bowl» on the menu. This is a huge bowl filled with fish, clams, shrimp, calamari, and veggies in a rich broth. This is what I ordered($ 24). I loved the concept and all of the shellfish. I liked but did not love the broth flavor of the night, tortilla. It was however, a huge portion of delicious shellfish(I barely made a dent in it) and I would not hesitate to order the dish again if it had a broth flavor that was more palatable to me. Being a little overwhelmed by the menu, the kids stuck to basics. 11 year old ordered Mac & Cheese from the kid’s menu. This was no Kraft Mac & Cheese. This was penne and fresh sliced cheese. 10 year old ordered a chicken sandwich but did not eat it because the chicken was over cooked and dry. He and husband did enjoy their French Onion Soup…“one of the best ever”. 11 year old and I shared a Caesar. With freshly shaved Parmesan and a very light dressing, this was almost as good as a Caesar could get. Dessert was a special treat. The Stoner’s Delight was Nutella and peanut butter pie with toasted marshmallow, whipped cream, and fresh fruit. I am not usually a fan of fancy desserts but this dessert was not really fancy, just totally decadent and yummy! I love that this place is so casual but yet still serves such extraordinary food. Since my dish did not absolutely tickle my taste buds and the chicken sandwich was a dud, I am holding back that last star for now. I do look forward though to a repeat visit sooner rather than later.
