I grew up on this course and learned how to play here. Everyone underestimates it but it is no joke. It is kept up well, it has plenty if bunkers and water hazards. They call it «The little monster» and they do not lie. This course forces you to work on your short game and it’s not so easy. The 3^rd hole is a short pop over an estuary and I have lost so many balls there. This is a great learning course and great course to help you work on your game.
