Saw the many solid reviews(on various sites) and thought we might have found the great Mexican food place in Jupiter we have been looking for. Not to be. I won’t go into detail of what we had because I doubt it matters — bottom line is that texture and flavor of the food was disappointing, from the app to the entres to the sides, all of which were Mexican food standards that I am used to being loaded with sauces and cheese and spices and textures that compel you to wolf them down and regret not having more. Margaritas were all mix and little or no tequila(including the double shot I ordered which came out as a double-sized margarita with the same minimal ratio of discernible liquor). My sense is that this may be a more traditional style of Latin American cooking found in a particular region or country — nothing had the feel of US Mexican places I am used to – and it just didn’t grab us. We like more spice, chips and salsa, bigger portions and stronger drinks. Guacamole gave us none of the above, and we won’t be going back. The one plus was our server, a young lady who was very good.

We had friends introduced us to this Mexican restaurant out of nowhere west of 95 on Indiantown Road. The restaurant is in a strip mall right next to a gas station; you would miss it if you were not aware it was there. The dining room is very simple; nothing special. But the food is awesome; really a hidden gem. And they are not pricey at all; I know that since my friend decided to pay the entire bill for six of us. I was questioning whether I should write this review since I do not want to have any issues getting a table there in the future. Try the Guacamole; there is a good reason why the restaurant has that name.

We loved Guacamole! We have tried just about every other Mexican restaurant in Jupiter, and had yet to find a good authentic restaurant where the prices met the quality and portions. While we don’t go over to Jupiter Farms much, we were craving Mexican so we figured we’d give them a try. We went on a Thursday night around 6:00pm and there were only a few other people there. We started with the guacamole, and my husband said it was one of the best he’s ever had. I had a steak and spinach quesadilla and my husband had the steak fajitas. Both of us agreed that this was the best we’ve ever had, and the portions were huge! Not to mention that the prices were very fair. We will definitely be back! Can’t wait to try the 2 for $ 8 margaritas!

Excellent, authentic Mexican restaurant. No frills. Very good service by a friendly staff. A little noisy when the place fills up. This restaurant offers eat-in as well as take out service. Highly recommended.

I just decided to visit this place a few weeks ago and the food is excellent, just like authentic fresh food at home in California. Price, variety of items and the staff are great. I will be back!

Stopped here at the Sunoco nearby for gas. Saw Guacamole and decided to get some take-out to bring back to campground at Jonathan Dickinson. We’re vegetarians and usually most Mexican food is mediocre at best. What a surprise, this food was awesome. Veggie burrito with fresh spinach, cheese enchiladas, chile relleno, homemade guacamole, all were delicious. Prices are reasonable also. Friendly staff and great service.

Wonderful service and tasty authentic Mexican. Everything was very fresh(including the freshly fried chips) and the menu has authentic items like tortas, sopes, tostadas etc. The salsa rojo has a great smoky flavor and kick. Order the cheese dip with chorizo, you won’t be disappointed.

The guacamole is amazing. Ordered guac and chips for the table. Fresh made chips were delish. Family ordered tacos all around. Shredded beef and steak were my favorite. Not a big fan of their chicken as it is very bland. Family devoured a piece of the tres leche. We will be back for sure.

Damn this place is perfect! I always get the veggie tacos(sans sour cream and cheese to make them vegan) and they’re better than probably any taco I’ve had, and definitely better than anything else in Jupiter – Mexican or otherwise. Great place, great prices, great staff. My only concern is that the menu seems a bit inconsistent. Half the time rice comes on the taco, other times I have to ask to have it added. The rice is a must! So good

Found this place on Unilocal on our drive to Ft Lauderdale. Stopped for a late lunch-almost turned around when we pulled in, due to the façade… don’t let it fool you! Some of the most delicious Mexican food I’ve had! Guacamole and chips were excellent, Margarita was tasty, chicken tortilla soup was amazing! Chicken tacos were yummy, too! Wish this place were in Orlando-I’d be a regular!

Always amazing. Only place that can compare to what I used to get in Socal. Everything is reasonably priced, portions are huge for what you pay, and the staff is always friendly and amazing. I’ve tried everything and it’s all equally amazing.

Fast, friendly, and the best authentic Mexican cuisine you will find off of the turnpike!!! Follow suit with the name, and don’t forget to order the guacamole, made fresh for every order! I tried one of each of the tacos, highly recommend the steak, chicken, and the Barbacoa

Clean restaurant with good Mexican food. You do have to pay for chips and salsa $ 6!!!(deducted a star for that) The chips are freshly fried corn tortillas so they are thick and warm. We started with the white queso with chorizo. Dip tasted like velveeta white cheese. I prefer melted white American cheese like a lot of restaurants serve. I had the carne asada and two enchiladas. Steak was well seasoned and not dry or fatty. The enchiladas were small with white cheese in the middle and topped with green sauce. The refried beans are served soupy and topped with cojita cheese. Service was fast and friendly. Restaurant has about 20 tables. There is one small table outside. You can get horchata and Mexican drinks. The bar looked like it had no liquor… only beer and wine. There are about 10 seats at the bar. Food is pricier than other nearby Mexican restaurants, but the quality is good. There is an attached parking lot with free parking.

We were bemoaning the fact that how the hell we can live in south Florida and can’t find a good Cuban restaurant, or for that matter a good Mexican restaurant either. Then the lovely Mrs. remembered Guacamole. Side note: Rancho Chico the nearest Mexican restaurant to us we find absolutely disgusting. Guacamole is kind of hidden away, but actually really easy to find. Dos Equis Amber all around(served in the bottle) while we checked out the menu. We started with the Nachos Machos available with beef or chicken. This was not a pile of chips glued together with melted«cheese food», but a huge serving of fresh ingredients along with beef; pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream, lettuce and fresh made chips. This was large enough for the three of us and would make a meal for a nachos lover. Ordered a taco which replicated the authentic style that I’ve learned about from a «real» Mexican food truck. At about $ 1.50 I got just what I expected, a small fresh tortilla bursting with flavor. Just the right touch of each ingredient. It would take 3 or 4 to make a meal but really good and unlike the pretend tacos available elsewhere. Finished with a Chiles Rellenos offered with traditional cheese, beef or chicken. I got the beef which was my mistake as everything I had that night included beef, it was good but I missed the texture of the pepper with the smooth cheese filling. Beef by the way is only shredded, no glorified seasoned hamburger here. Mexican is not high on my list when I want«ethnic» food, but Guacamole is really very good and unlike so many Mexican places is truly authentic. Service was excellent and as this isn’t the high rent district prices are reasonable.

Having lived in Jupiter for a year, I was unaware of any Mexican restaurants at the time, much less any good restaurants in the area, but when coming to Riverbend Park and searching for nearby restaurants, Guacamole came up on my Unilocal app and it was well-received, so my friend and I decided to give it a try. Though from the outside it doesn’t look like much, inside, the décor was very colorful and welcoming, including the dishes themselves. The waiters are all Mexican, and it seems to be family-owned(they’re all Mexican too), as evidenced by the young kid welcoming people and serving as host. The menu is somewhat large, containing many known Mexican dishes, and some unknown. All the standard Mexican fare can be found here. The food was reasonably priced, especially their combos, and the drinks were huge, with free refills. Unlike most Mexican restaurants that offer complimentary chips and salsa, this restaurant does not, and if you want chips and salsa, it will set you back a good $ 5. For this reason, I deducted one star. I ordered an unknown dish for me, called the Combinacion Tampiquena, which featured green enchiladas and steak. The steak was tender, juicy, and very flavorful. The enchiladas were also very flavorful, and the hot sauce at the table was actually hot. The food reminded me of the type of restaurant you’d find in Homestead, very much homey with homemade food. It was also filling, so it was a good value. Service was relatively attentive, given how busy they were. My friend also enjoyed his meal. Who knew Jupiter would have such delightful Mexican restaurants?

So good! Closest thing to «authentic» since we moved to FL. I had the beef sope meal with beans and rice. My beef was tender, moist, and full of flavor. My hubby had something with chicken, shrimp, and steak. The flavor was unbelievable! And not overcooked, super moist and perfectly seasoned. The homemade tortillas were a huge hit. Don’t hit this place up expecting«fancy» or run of the mill Mexican. $ 30 plus tip includes two huge meals and drinks.
